The present invention provides a metal foil electrolytic manufacturing apparatus, which use a simple structure to make electrolyte provided by the electrolyte supply device evenly move to reach the surface of rotary cathode tank. The metal foil electrolytic manufacturing apparatus A in this invention includes:a rotary cathode tank 1 that charge the metal foil; an anode 2 that face to the rotary cathode tank 1 and a electrolyte supply device 5 that supply electrolyte. The electrolyte supply device 5 is disposed horizontally with the rotary axis of the rotary cathode tank 1. Corresponding to the rotary direction, the electrolyte supply ports 6 with slit-shaped openings are arranged at the upstream side X and downstream side Y separately. By the way, the electrolyte supply ports 6 are positioned at the top of the electrolyte supply device 5 and have continuous openings with same spaces along with the direction of the electrolyte supply device 5.
