Abstract
This invention provides a Joint structure capable of removing foreign materials delivered together with the coolant, which comprises superconducting conductors having cable cores drawn out from superconducting cables, outgoing line of conductors (sleeve, lead portion, joint portion, bushing)in normal temperature side, and a terminal joint box for receiving the connection parts of the above. The terminal joint box has a coolant vessel charged with coolant, and a vacuum vessel arranged for covering the circumference of the coolant vessel. A supply channel for supplying coolant to the coolant vessel, and a exhaust passage for the exhaust the coolant from the vessel are connected to the coolant vessel. Coolant flows from those supply channel and exhaust passage. A filttation means is provided in the supply channel, which is used to remove the foreign substance delivered together with the coolant.
