Abstract

A manufacturing method for a golf club head and wax pattern thereof comprises the following steps: pre-fabricating a first wax pattern to have a connecting portion by a first mold; positioning the first wax pattern in a first mold cavity of a second mold, the first mold cavity substantially being configured a first portion of a golf club head; injecting liquid wax into a second mold cavity of the second mold, the second mold cavity substantially being configured a second portion of the golf club head; and cooling the liquid wax in the second mold cavity to form a second wax pattern integrally connecting to the connecting portion of the first wax pattern. Thus, the first and second wax pattern integrally form a club head wax pattern for manufacturing a club head cast by precision casting process.
