する方法であって、中子として、カルシア質材料より構
成され、かつ、ゴルフヘッドソール面のバランス調製用
ネジ孔相当部に中子固定用突出部を形成した中子を用い
ると共に、金型に該中子固定用突出部と嵌合可能な凹部
を形成し、この中子及び金型を用いてロストワックス法
により鋳型を製造し、この鋳型を用いて鋳造した後、中
子を水和させて除去することによりゴルフヘッドを得る

を行なった。中子構成材としてはカルシア(Cab)を

トに、また製品毎の品質のバラツキやバランスのズレな
どの欠陥を生じることなく、高精度にまた高い均一性に

製造した鋳型を用いてTi合金製中空ゴルフヘッドを一
体鋳造する方法であって、 中子として、カルシア質材料より構成され、かつ、ゴル
フヘッドソール面のバランス調製用ネジ孔相当部に中子
固定用突出部を形成した中子を用いると共に、金型に該
中子固定用突出部と嵌合可能な凹部を形成し、 この中子及び金型を用いてロストワックス法により鋳型
を製造し、 この鋳型を用いて鋳造した後、中子を水和させて除去す
ることによりゴルフヘッドを得ることを特徴とする一体
