Abstract

The disclosed is a multi-layer chip-type comb-line band pass filter with inductance feedback. It combines the circuitry of capacitor and inductor, and uses four magnetic cross coupling impedance resonators to realize the band pass filter. It further achieves a good symmetry for both left and right pass band responses. It also has a fairly good capability for reducing out-band signal magnitudes. The source-load feedback inductance generates a pair of transmission-zeros at both sides of the band pass filter to allow the filter have more selections. In addition, the band pass filter is realized with a multi-layer device structure. This reduces the circuitry area in the circuit layout.
