The invented object is to reduce the power consumptions when a train is driven to achieve the economizing running. The invented solving method is to provide an automatic control device for a train to stop at fixed position, that is, the train will automatically stop at a specific position. The invented characteristics include: a brake feature data storage part to store the brake features, such as the deceleration for every brake grade, the switching delay time of brake grades, and response delay time; an obtaining method for the present data of a train to acquire the data, such as the present velocity, the present position and the present brake grade, of a train; in accordance with the brake feature data stored in the brake feature data storage part and the train's present data obtained by the obtaining method for the present data of a train to draw up the deceleration control plan method for the purpose of decelerating at a specific position by a plurality of brake grades; a deceleration control instruction analysis method obtained by drawing up the deceleration control plan from the deceleration control plan method at every o'clock; and the deceleration control instruction output method of using the deceleration control instruction analysis method to analyze and output a deceleration control instruction and then output to the brake device.
