Abstract
This invention relates to a method for making environment-friendly building materials, by using wooden scraps that can be used in more applications, where the wooden scraps are dried, pulverized or burned to be carbonized, and then mixed with shredded plastic bag scraps at a predetermined proportion. The mixture is then extruded from an extrusion-shaping machine to form environment-friendly square bar materials and recycled sheet materials. The method includes the steps of: mixing carbonized wooden scraps, PP and PE plastic shreds at a constant proportion; mixing the dried wooden shreds or carbon powder with the PP, PE plastic shreds to obtain a consistent mixture; heating the mixture to fuse the carbon powder and plastic shreds mixture into recycled raw materials; shredding the recycled raw materials into plastic particles for later uses; forming the plastic particles into strip-like semi-products by means of extrusion forming machines; and cooling and hardening the semi-products and then cutting the semi-products into constant specifications.
