Abstract
The present invention is a firing jig for electronic element, which relates to the firing jig used for electronic element with coated layer formed onto surface of the ceramic constituted substrate in which the coated layer is constituted by the middle layer and the surface layer; the middle layer is formed on the substrate and is constituted by material with low reactivity to the fired body and with porosity under 10%; the surface layer id formed onto the surface of middle layer and is constituted by material with low reactivity to the fired body and with porosity of 20 to 70 %. By lowering porosity of the middle layer, components (such as Pb, Bi, Na, K, Mn, and Ca) of the fired body penetrated into the substrate through the surface layer can be prevented to be able to raise durability of the firing jig and simultaneously raise porosity of the surface layer as well as release the stress generated on the surface layer, such that bending and fracture of the jig as well as peeling-off of the coated layer can be prevented to stabilize the performance of the fired body (such as the electronic component) under firing carried on the firing jig in order to provide the firing jig for electronic element with excellent credibility.
