The mould includes an upper mould and a lower mould, there is a cavum used for placing the preform between the upper mould and the lower mould. The upper mould and the lower mould can both move along an axis of the mould respectively. The heaters include a plurality of lamp-houses and a plurality of concave mirrors, the concave mirrors can rotate about the X-axis. The heaters are used to heat the mould. The present invention can control distributing of temperature about the mould.
