Abstract

There is provided a camera module of which the size and the thickness can be decreased by providing an auxiliary circuit board at the outside of the main circuit board in addition to a main circuit board mounted with an image sensor and mounting various chip components on the auxiliary circuit board. The camera module comprises: a main circuit board; at least one auxiliary circuit board which is flexibly connected to the main circuit board through a connection member and is disposed at the outside of the main circuit board; a housing bonded and fixed to the upper surface of the main circuit board; a lens fitted onto the top portion of the housing; and a filter attached to a predetermined inner portion of the housing.
