Abstract

The object of the present invention is to pulverize rice bran into a desired granular state without requiring any preprocess of eliminating oil and fat content or the like to enhance utilization value of the rice bran as a highly functional food. A method for producing high-fat food material comprises pulverizing a raw material 3 obtained through mixing brown rice with rice bran so as to diminish a mixing ratio of fat to have such a content as to be applicable to pulverization with a pulverizer 1.
