Abstract

This invention relates to a cleaning machine roller mechanism on a pliable circuit board cleaning machine, where the cleaning roller mechanism is mounted in a housing of a pliable circuit board cleaning machine and including plural cleaning roller sets. Each cleaning roller set includes an upper cleaning active roller and a lower cleaning active roller. Each of the upper and lower cleaning active wheels is arranged in parallel and contacts each other such that the pliable circuit boards fed from a feeding port of the housing is cleaned by each of the cleaning roller sets and then discharged from a discharging port of t housing. The gaps between neighboring cleaning active rollers are less than a threshold gap. The threshold gap refers that a distance between the outer edges between two neighboring lower active cleaning rollers along a horizontal line of their shafts, when a leading edge of the pliable circuit board naturally fall from an outer edge of the current cleaning active wheel to a position of an outer edge of the next cleaning active roller corresponding to the horizontal line of the shafts, along its traveling direction. As such, the leading edge of the pliable circuit board that falls downwards can be brought to the surface of the next lower cleaning active roller by means of the surface friction generated during rotation of the next lower cleaning active roller, so as to prevent the pliable circuit board from falling through the gap between two lower cleaning active rollers. As such, the pliable circuit can pass the surface of each of the cleaning roller sets in order to complete the cleaning process.
