This spray-dryer has a slurry discharge part 5a for discharging slurry, holding parts 6, 7a for holding the slurry discharge part 5a and a rotary disk 3 for radially spraying the slurry discharged from the discharge part 5a. An upper plate 33 is formed on the rotary disk 3 and has an inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the holding parts 6, 7a.
