Abstract
To prevent a shaft from being drawn up from a housing and preclude lubricating oil at the bearing surfaces from going out caused by drawup of the shaft. The invention comprises the shaft 31, a radial bearing 33 to support the shaft 31 in the circumferential direction, a thrust bearing 34 to support one end of the shaft 31 in the thrust direction, the housing 37 furnished internally with the radial bearing 33 and the thrust bearing 34 and structured sealedly except a shaft inserting hole into which the shaft 31 is inserted, a slipoff preventive member 46 to prevent the shaft 31 from slipping off from the radial bearing 33, and viscous fluid 38 to be put fully in the housing 37, wherein the slipoff preventive member 46 is made of an elastic material deforming elastically only in the radial direction of the shaft and difficult to make deformation in the axial direction.
