Abstract

A support device of a cassette, for supporting a substrate, includes a partition structure, a first support, and a second support. The partition structure defines at least one substrate receiving area and includes several left and right spacers. The left and right spacers project from the left and right side boards into the substrate receiving area respectively. The first support is disposed on the left spacers while the second support is disposed on the right spacers.
