Abstract

The present invention provides a packaging film container, which prevents a foreign matter from sticking to a packaging film and enables a user to easily recognize the front end of the pulled out packaging film. The packaging film container comprises a container body 11 which houses the rolled packaging film 13, and a container lid 12 which is formed in continuous with the top edge of the rear face wall of the container body 11, where the lid 12 can be turned on the top edge around the container body 11. The front face of the container body 11 has a front face wall 20 that is formed in continuous with the bottom of the container body 11 via one long edge of the front face, and a holding face wall that is formed in continuous with the front face wall 20 via the other long edge counter to the one long edge. 200528355 (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明,是關於用以將被捲成捲筒狀之被包裝體,例 如,將包裝用薄膜(即所謂保鮮膜)爲代表的樹脂製薄膜 # 、或是紙、鋁箔等予以包裝之包裝用容器。 【先前技術】 以往,包裝用薄膜,是在圓筒狀紙管上被捲繞成捲筒 φ 狀,並被收容在與蓋構件成一體的盒狀容器內。 關於如此之包裝用薄膜的容器之先行技術其中之一, 如揭示於日本特開2002-274534號公報之包裝用容器。該 公報所記載之容器,是在將包裝用薄膜予以包裝之容器本 體的前面部,設置有自動地突出於外側的突出片。藉由在 該前面部設置突出片,由於使得包裝用薄膜的前端部成爲 從容器本體前面浮翹上來之狀態,所以可以容易地找到包 裝用薄膜的端緣位置。 φ 又,在日本特開平9 - 3 9 9 7 8號公報中所揭示之包裝用 容器,是在容器之薄膜切斷位置附近設置有彈起構件。並 且,將該彈起構件的前端部分,以切斷或是折彎等方式在 容器形成開口部,而易於捏取包裝用薄膜。 【發明內容】 〔發明所要解決之問題〕 如此地,在上述公報所揭示之先行技術中,由於爲了 -5- 200528355 (2) 易於捏取包裝用薄膜,所以設置有從容器前面突出之突出 片。然而’伴隨著該等突出片之突出,而容易使得塵屑等 轉動地連接設置於頂緣的容器蓋部所成的包裝用容器,容 器本體之前面部,係具備:在底面夾介一方之長緣所連接 設置之前面壁部、以及夾介相向於一方之長緣的另一方之 長緣並且在前面壁部夾介摺痕線所連接設置之夾持面壁部 ;夾持面壁部,是沿著上述另一方之長緣被折入於容器本 體內側而被接著固定在前面壁部內面;在前面壁部’其中 與夾持面壁部折重疊的部分’係具有:從容器本體前面突 出的突出片、以及接觸於該突出片的位置被挖穿而形成挖 穿部;突出片,其中該突出片的頂緣是位在前面壁部與夾 持面壁部的摺痕上’來作爲其特徵者。 又,對於本發明之包裝用容器,其中突出片的頂緣, 是被連接設置在容器本體前面部’其中突出片的底緣’是 -6- 200528355 (3) 藉由車縫線夾介能夠斷離的切離片,被連接設置於容器本 體前面部,來作爲其特徵者。 2將開封拉條(圖示省略) 撕除後之包裝用容器其外觀的立體圖;又,第2圖,是顯 示本實施形態之包裝用容器其外觀的立體圖,並將容器本 體1 1的前面部予以展開者;又,第3圖,是顯示本實施 形態之包裝用容器其外觀之圖面,並將容器蓋部1 2予以 閉蓋者。 又’於本實施形態之包裝用容器,例如,可以藉由厚 紙或是瓦楞紙等之紙材料來形成。又,包裝用容器,雖是 由1張紙材料來形成最爲理想,但是由複數張所構成的紙 材料來形成亦可。又,在本實施形態中構成包裝用容器之 容器本體’至少要以具備有1次折彎後具有欲恢復原狀之 復原性者來實施。 如第1圖〜第3圖所示,於第1實施形態之包裝用容 器,是具備有容器本體11,以及容器蓋部12所構成。又 ’如第3圖所示,在閉蓋上容器蓋部12後時,包裝用容 器以大致呈長方體形狀之方式所構成。 容器本體11,如第2圖所示,是使1個面整體作爲大 致爲長方形開口部而成爲開放之大致之長方體形狀。又, 與開口面相對向之作爲大致呈長方形容器本體1 1之底面 爲底面部2 9,於其長緣之一,垂直地連接設置有後面部 -10- 200528355 (7) 27。在後面部27處’連接設置夾介著容器本體U之長方 形開口面周緣之一之摺痕線3 5,使容器蓋部1 2相對於容 器本體1 1可以轉動。又,包裝用薄膜1 3,例如,是被捲 3的前端部拉出到容器本體1 1前面 之狀態下,如第3圖所示地將容器蓋部12予以蓋上,由 馨 容器本體11前面以及容器蓋部12前面的內面所夾持,再 使包裝用薄膜1 3被保持在接觸於刀片22之狀態下一面扭 轉,一面朝包裝用容器外側拉開,便能夠將包裝用薄膜1 3 予以切斷。 其次,以第4圖,來說明有關本實施形態之突出片1 5 的突出方法。又,第4圖之(a)〜(c),是顯不在本實 施形態下’使突出片1 ),是顯示本實 施形態之包裝用容器,從容器本體之開口面側觀察的平面 圖。 如第5圖所示,突出片1 5,相對於圖面是從容器本體 1 1前面側突出於前方之狀態。因此,接觸於突出片1 5表 面之包裝用薄膜13的中央部分,是呈從容器本體11前面 浮起狀態, 隨著如此,如第6圖所示,在包裝用薄膜13與容器 本體1 1前面之間便形成有空間39。因此,使得從容器本 體1 3折入到容器本體1 1內側時,至少是比 挖穿部1 7、1 8以及切離片1 6的撕離部分更位於底面部29 側之位置。因此,不會由於挖穿部1 7、1 8以及切離片16 之撕離部分而形成直接貫通到容器本體1 1內部的開口部 ’因而能夠防止塵屑等異物侵入到容器本體1 1內部造成 異物附著於包裝用薄膜1 3之缺失。 (第2實施形態) 其次,說明有關第2實施形態之包裝用容器。又,以 本實施形態之包裝用容器,是將第2實施形態之包裝 用容器的突出片以及挖穿部的形成位置,設置成與第4實 施形態相同樣地,當容器蓋部1 2蓋合時以不會重疊於刀 片22之突出部分8之方式來實施者。以下,使用第13圖 及第14圖,說明有關本實施形態之包裝用容器。 第13圖,是顯示本發明第5實施形態之包裝用容器 其外觀的立體圖。又,第14圖,是顯示本發明第5實施 施有車縫線時,使實施有該車縫線之切口 65容易被切斷 ,而可容易地斷開突出片61。又’在切口 65處實施車縫 線時,是以僅在切口 65之一部分實施車縫線爲理想。此 情形下,凸壓花7 1,是以至少實施在僅是切口 6 5之一部 -32- 200528355 (29) 分,亦即對應實施有車縫線之部分而與突出片6 1重疊的 區域爲理想。 例如,如第2 1圖所示,在突出片61的周緣之中,是 僅在與連接設置於摺痕線33之突出片6 1的頂緣73相對 之突出片61的底緣74處實施車縫線。又,凸壓花71’是 實施在夾持面壁部21之與突出片61的底緣74相重疊區 域近旁。 在該第2 1圖所示之構成之情形下,前面壁部20與夾 持面壁部21在貼合前,突出片61,是藉由突出片61的頂 緣73與突出片61之底緣74連接於前面壁部20而成。並 且,前面壁部20與夾持面壁部2 1相貼合之後,使夾持面 壁部21施有凸壓花71之部分,與被設置在前面壁部20 之突出片6 1呈相接觸,與上述第1 8圖的原理相同樣地, 使得與凸壓花71接觸之突出片61易於突出於容器本體前 面,於第21圖所示,設於突出片61底緣74之車縫線被 切斷時,便能夠自動地從前面壁部20切離突出片6 1。 特別是,如第22圖所示,藉由預先將設於突出片61 底緣74之車縫線的連接間距75設計在0.1〜0.9mm,則 在將前面壁部20與夾持面壁部2 1相貼合的製程中,由於 可以自動地使連接間距75被切離,故能夠事先省下讓消 費者拉取突出片6 1的操作手續。 又,於夾持面壁部21,藉由在與突出片61重疊之位 置實施凸壓花7 1,使得從容器本體1 1前面呈開放的突出 片6 1,以高出有在夾持面壁部2 1所施加凸壓花7 1所突出 -33- 200528355 (30) 的高度來位於容器本體前方,使突出片61在容器本體前 面持續維持於若干突出之狀態。因此,突出片6 1在突出 於容器本體前面時,突出片61是不會受到鄰接於該突出 片6 1之切口 6 5部份所抑制,而成爲可容易地突出於容器 本體前面。 又,本實施形態之包裝用容器,對於構成第4〜第6 實施形態之包裝用容器之夾持面壁部2 1亦相同樣地,是 藉由在與前面壁部20所設置之突出片61相重疊的位置上 施以凸壓花7 1,使得與施於夾持面壁部2 1之凸壓花7 1相 接觸的突出片易於突出在容器本體前面。 亦即,對於構成第4實施形態之包裝用容器的夾持面 壁部21,其藉由在與前面壁部20所設置之突出片15相重 疊的位置處施以凸壓花7 1,是與第1 7圖所示之針對於第 1實施形態之包裝用容器的夾持面壁部2 1,在與前面壁部 20所設置之突出片15相重疊的位置處實施有凸壓花71之 構成,可達成相同功能。又,對於構成第5實施形態之包 裝用容器的夾持面壁部21,其藉由在與前面壁部20所設 置之突出片51相重疊的位置處施以凸壓花71’是與第19 圖所示之針對於第2實施形態之包裝用容器的夾持面壁部 21,在與前面壁部20所設置之突出片51相重疊的位置處 實施有凸壓花71之構成,可達成相同功能。又’對於構 成第6實施形態之包裝用容器的夾持面壁部2 1 ’其藉由在 與前面壁部2 形態之包裝用容器的夾持面壁部2 1,在與前面壁部2〇所 設置之突出片相重疊的部分處,施以突起部7 1來爲之, 然而在本實施形態之包裝用容器,是在構成該包裝用容器 之前面壁部20所設置之突出片側施有突起部,來作爲其 特徵者。以下,一邊參照第23圖〜第27圖一邊說明有關 本實施形態之包裝用容器。又,以下,只要是沒有特別說 明者,在本實施形態之包裝用容器的構成及功能,是與第 1〜第6實施形態爲相同,特別是對於標附相同符號而沒 有特別記載者是爲相同者。 本貫施形態之包裝用容器’如第23圖所示,是在構 成第1實施形態之包裝用容器構成之前面壁部20所設置 之突出片15施有凸壓花81。 如第23圖所示’藉由在前面壁部22所設置之突出片 1 5施以凸壓花8 1,將夾持面壁部21與前面壁部2 0相貼 合時,如第2 4圖之(a )所示地,夾持面壁部2 1,係與在 前面壁部2 0被實施於突出片1 5的凸壓花8 1部分相接觸 ,而施加有第24圖之(a)所示的箭頭方向82之押壓力 -35- 200528355 (32) 。此乃,如第24圖之(a)所示,在前面壁部20之突出 片15實施有凸壓花81之部分,由於是比沒有實施凸壓花 81之前面壁部20的其他部分更呈突出於夾持面壁部21之 狀態而構成,故將夾持面壁部2 1與前面壁部20相貼合後 時,由於被實施有凸壓花8 1之部分,比其他部分更受壓 力所施加。因此,被實施有凸壓花8 1的部分,要比其他 部分更施加有如第24圖(a)所示之朝向箭頭方向82的 押壓力。藉此,使夾持面壁部2 1與前面壁部20貼合後時 ,被施有凸壓花81的突出片15易於突出於容器本體前面 ,如第24圖之(b )所示,使得與突出片1 5所連接的車 縫線3 1容易被切斷,而能夠容易地將切離片1 6斷開。 又,藉由在前面壁部20所設置之突出片15施以凸壓 花8 1,在將切離片1 6斷開,使突出片1 5從容器本體1 1 前面呈開放後時,如第24圖之(b )所示,從容器本體1 1 前面呈開放後的突出片1 5,以高出施加於凸壓花8 1所突 出的高度來位於容器本體前方,使突出片15在容器本體 前面一直維持於若干突出之狀態。因此,突出片1 5在突 出於容器本體前面時,突出片15是不會受到鄰接於該突 出片1 5之切口 3 6、3 7部份所抑制,而成爲可容易地突出 於容器本體前面。 又,在前面壁部20所設置之突出片15處,施以凸壓 花8 1,是以沿著突出片1 5之緣內來實施爲理想。藉此, 使得實施有凸壓花81的突出片15更容易地突出於容器本 體前面,突出片1 5與所連接的車縫線3 1容易地被切斷, -36- 200528355 (33) 而能夠容易地將切離片1 6斷開。又,使突出片1 5由容器 本體前面突出時,則更消弭了受到與該突出片1 5相鄰接 的切口 3 6、3 7之部分所抑制,使突出片1 5可易於突出於 容器本體前面。 又,本實施形態之包裝用容器,如第2 5圖所示,是 在構成第2實施形態之包裝用容器的前面壁部2 0所設置 之突出片51實施凸壓花81。 如第25圖所示,藉由在前面壁部20所設置之突出片 15處,施以凸壓花81,來讓前面壁部20與夾持面壁部21 貼合時,使夾持面壁部2 1與被施於突出片5 1之凸壓花8 1 部分相接觸,與上述第24圖的原理相同樣地’與凸壓花 81接觸之突出片51易於突出在容器本體前面’如第25圖 所示之切口 53、54施有車縫線時,使該車縫線53、54容 易被切斷,而能夠容易地切離突出片51。又,在切口 53 、54實施車縫線時,是以僅在切口 53、54之該一部分實 施車縫線爲理想。此情形下,凸壓花8 1 ’是以至少實施在 僅爲切口 53、54之一部分,亦即對應實施有車縫線之部 分爲理想。 又,藉由在前面壁部20所設置之突出片51施以凸壓 花8 1,使得從容器本體1 1前面呈開放的突出片5 1 ’以高 出施加於突出片51之凸壓花81所突出的高度來位在容器 本體前方,使突出片51在容器本體前面持續保持於若干 突出之狀態。因此,突出片5 1在突出於容器本體前面時 ,突出片51是不會受到與該突出片51鄰接之切口 53、54 -37- 因此,包裝用容器,是藉由在夾持面壁部21之與前 面壁部20所設置之突出片相重疊的內側部分區域’以及 在前面壁部20所設置之突出片的內側部分區域,之至少 一個區域中,至少實施一個凸壓花,當將前面壁部20與 夾持面壁部2 1相貼合之後時,使被設置在前面壁部20之 突出片構成容易突出於容器本體前面之狀態。又,實施在 前面壁部20或是夾持面壁部21之凸壓花的形狀,並無特 別的限定,是可以實施爲線狀、圓形狀、橢圓形狀等形狀 之凸壓花。 (第9實施形態) 其次,說明關於第9實施形態之包裝用容器。第9實 施形態之包裝用容器,是針對於上述第1〜第8實施形態 之包裝用容器,將夾持面壁部2 1折入於前面壁部2 0側時 成爲摺痕的摺痕線3 3之中,在與前面壁部2 0所設置之突 出片相連接的突出片頂緣處,以不實施摺痕線3 3來作爲 又,本實施形態之包裝用容器,如第3 2圖所示’是 針對於第3實施形態之包裝用容器,將夾持面壁部2 1折 入於前面壁部2 0側時成爲摺痕的摺痕線3 3之中’於前面 壁部20所設之突出片6 1其連接於摺痕線3 3之突出片6 1 的頂緣9 1處,以不施有摺痕線之方式實施。 如第32圖所示,在位於前面壁部20與夾持面壁部21 之摺痕33上的突出片61之頂緣91處,藉由在沒有實施 摺痕33上的突出片之頂緣處,藉由在沒有實施摺痕線的 狀態下,當將前面壁部20與夾持面壁部2 1相貼合之後時 ,被設置在前面壁部20的突出片,由於增加了用以與前 面壁部20相貼合之夾持面壁部21成爲同一平面之復原力 ,使得突出片易於突出於容器本體前面。 又,上述之實施形態爲本發明之適當實施形態之一例 ,本發明之實施形態,並非受此等所限定者’在不逸脫於 -46 - 200528355 (43) 特別限定。如此地,在上述實施形態中,雖是說明藉由在 前面壁部20或是夾持面壁部21實施凸狀壓花,來形成突 起部,但只要是能夠在前面壁部20或是夾持面壁部2 1形 成突起部者’並沒有特別的限定。又,壓花加工,由於能 夠容易地將突起部形成於前面壁部2 0或是夾持面壁部21 ,所以以在前面壁部2 0或是夾持面壁部2 1實施凸狀的壓 花爲理想。 【圖式簡單說明】
