Abstract

An object of the invention is to provide an inorganic film wherein almost no variation in line width of various pattern or film thickness of ribs or dielectric after burning treatment, and a large size inorganic film has low dielectric constant, high accuracy and fine structure with higher height and aspect ratio for ribs are obtained, and also member for PDP using the said inorganic film, and a production method for the same. The said inorganic film has 0.1 to 30 μm of gap size, 5 to 75% of gap area ratio, 1 to 10 of aspect ratio and 100 to 800 μm of height for ribs at cross section. The said member for PDP comprises the said inorganic film. The said production method comprises using a past layer containing at least two inorganic powders with different softening points and particle sizes, and a ribs pattern is formed by sand blast method and followed by burning treatment, or using a paste containing at least two inorganic powders with different softening points and particle sizes and die to form rib pattern and followed by burning treatment, and thus the said inorganic film or member for PDP are obtained.
