A project management method defines a project framework to establish multiple project templates. Set up a project based on these project templates, wherein the project comprises multiple milestones forming the network structure and schedule achieving these milestones, approval regarding project, assignment of persons in charge to achieve these milestones and dynamic scheduling regarding project including the status receiving man-hour card and setting milestone, the status and schedule based on the milestone and the estimated finish day of project calculated by the critical path method in network structure, determination if all the milestones are accomplished and continuously proceed the man-hour card receiving procedure in case of any unachieved milestone, and determination of the rework required by any milestone and the continuous main-hour card receiving procedure if any of milestones is needed to rework.
