Abstract

In the present invention, a strut lifting apparatus (4) has, at an inside, a travelling groove allowing a strut (3) to be freely fitted, and is moved upward or downward along the strut (3). A pair or more pairs of guide rollers (6) are provided at the opposite sides of an opening portion of the travelling groove. The guide rollers (6) have central projections (5a), upper projections (5b) and lower projections (5c) that extend in a petal-shaped arrangement and are energized by springs or the like so that the central projections (5a) are held horizontally. When the central projections (5a) come into contact with the horizontal member (2) during the upward or downward movement of the strut lifting apparatus (4) along the strut (3), the central projections (5a) of the guide rollers (6) get over the horizontal member (2) in such a manner as to be pivotally moved upward or downward against the energizing force, while a relation of anchoring between the strut (3) and the guide rollers (6) is maintained in such a manner that the upper projections (5b) or the lower projections (5c) are thrust out into the opening portion of the travelling groove with the pivotal movement of the central projections, and as a result, the disengagement of the strut lifting apparatus (4) from the strut (3) may be checked.
