Abstract

The present invention provides a painting solution which is capable of forming a transparent film having excellent properties in the resistances against rubbing, acid, alkali and water, and in the insulation, tenacity flexibility as well as adherence with an electrode film or a films (orientation film) made of the resins having good hydrophobic such as polyimide resin. The painting solution is produced by dispersing a matrix forming component in a mixed solvent of water and organic solvent, wherein the matrix forming component contains an organic silicon compound having more than 2 hydrolyzable radicals or its hydrolytic substance.
