【發明戶斤屬之技術領域I 發明領域 本發明有關一種用於將套件密封至由複合材料製成之 5 封裝體的套管部位内之裝置。 t先前技術】 發明背景 一種用於製造由複合材料製成的封裝體之裝置係從德 國專利申請案40 14 774 A1號得知,其中封裝體具有一套管 10 部位及二個在兩端插入之套件。複合材料包含一塑膠塗覆 紙以及一 ί呂層或一層另一種導電材料。 利用該案所述的裝置首先形成套管部位,藉以製造一 此型封裝體,其中利用一密封接縫將由複合材料製成的一 片之直徑方向相對的邊緣彼此結合。在製造套管部位時, 15 可任意地選擇橫剖面形狀。在最簡單的案例中,可能為長 方形或圓形橫剖面,但亦可想見其他橫剖面形狀。 將套件插入套管部位端點内,同時套管部位由一具有 對應於套管部位的橫剖面之心軸加以固持。套件已經具有 一平行於套管部位壁之邊緣凹口。在套件插入之後,套管 20 部位的端點區域沿邊緣凹口周圍彎折。 此外,利用熱空氣來加熱套管部位的端點區域且經由 已經彎折區域的後續壓抵將一密封接縫形成於端點上,藉 以使套件密封至套管部位的端點内。 一種此型裝置係具有在彎折之後需要多個步驟在端點 200415007 上形成密封接縫之缺點。首先,必須利用熱空氣來加熱套 管部位的端點區域,唯有此時才能進行壓抵。其連帶具有 一種較為複雜的裝置。並且,由於使用熱空氣加熱,故產 生了過熱損傷複合材料之危險。此外,因為不但必須更換 5 心軸而且亦須更換整個壓抵裝置,所以唯有在複雜的重組 之後才可處理不同的橫剖面形狀。 【發明内容】 發明概要 基於此先前技術,本發明之目的係提供一種用於將套 10 件密封至由複合材料製成之封裝體的套管部位内之裝置, 以盡量少的步驟進行密封程序,且此裝置能夠容易地適應 套管部位的不同橫剖面形狀。 根據本發明為了達成此目的,其中提供一感應環,感 應環係包圍套管部位且依照套管部位外圍形狀予以定製, 15 感應環包括至少兩分段且其形成一環,分段在套件平面中 位移的方式可使得分段所包圍的橫剖面積可以改變,兩分 段之間的一第一接合部之實行方式可使得第一接合部處的 鄰近分段之間不存在電性接觸,且進一步接合部的實行方 式可與分段彼此相對位置無關地使得電性接觸存在於鄰近 20 分段之間。 根據本發明,因為使用感應環,密封接縫區域中的複 合材料中可能在鋁層及/或另一傳導性材料製成的一層中 引發渦流,其中感應環可能被施加高頻場導致加熱。由於 分段可以同時位移,故能夠經由分段的位移使得感應環從 6 200415007 一開啟位置轉移至一關閉位置。在轉移至關閉位置中之期 間,加熱時可能藉由套管部位發生套件的壓抵。 為了使高頻場與其位置無關地完全滲透感應環,需要 將施加有高頻場的分段之間的接合部實行為絕緣性。其餘 5 分段之間的進一步接合部則必須實行為導電性。 根據本發明的另一原理,提供滑件,其可能具有導往 套管部位上且經由活塞施加之一力量。分段隨後可附接至 滑件,如果套管部位的橫剖面形狀發生改變,將更容易更 換分段。如果提供了可沿著彼此垂直定位的線而位移之四 10 個分段,則可能具有對稱性壓抵。 另一較佳實施例中,提供四個對稱排列且可對其施加 壓力之活塞,故允許均勻地施加一力量,將其導往套管部 位上、及滑件上。如果活塞經由一共同管線對其施加壓力 ,將可能具有在密封接縫過程呈現固定之特別簡單的壓力 15 設定。 較佳在一指向遠離套管部位之方向中將滑件預施拉力 ,所以當活塞不再具有對其施加的壓力時分段將自動移離 套管部位。 較佳利用槓桿臂從活塞將力量傳遞至滑件上,這主要 20 可讓裝置具有不佔體積的構造。如果兩個槓桿臂彼此聯結 ,可確保具有可靠的力量傳遞作用。如果各活塞壓抵住兩 槓桿臂的兩端且這兩槓桿臂聯結至兩不同的滑件,可確 保所有滑件及因此所有分段皆具有一均勻地對其施加之 力量。 7 200415007 本發明的另一實施例中,在第一接合部處,其鄰近的 分段之間係具有一距離,而與分段位置獨立無關。利用此 方式確保了可靠的絕緣。特定言之,可能由於分段移動所 產生的研磨係不會導致絕緣受損。 5 根據一較佳實施例,如果分段由多個位於彼此頂上的 疊片所形成,產生了在進一步接合部上具有多個接觸表面 之可能性,特別是如果將這些接合部實行為指向外部的框 架則可以最低可能的阻抗來確保良好的接觸。此良好的接 觸則亦與分段相對於彼此之位置呈現獨立無關。 10 圖式簡單說明 下文係以一項代表根據本發明的一種裝置的較佳實施 例之示範性實施例來詳細地描述本發明。圖中: 第1圖從側邊顯示處於橫剖面之裝置;
