Description

本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) I- - Description of the invention (1) [Technical field to which the invention belongs] (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) The present invention relates to the grinding and honing of plate-shaped materials to be ground ( In the following, the words "honing" or "honing" are used uniformly; honing wheels for honing; more specifically, honing for printed circuit boards, etc., or honing for metal or non-metal plates Honing wheels. [Conventional Technology] In the conventional technology, a so-called abrasive belt is used in the honing of a plate-like material to be honed, particularly a printed circuit board. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in general, abrasive belts have sufficient honing force at the initial stage, but it is easy to adhere honing debris, and since the honing layer is thin, a stable honing force cannot be maintained continuously. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that the belt must be changed frequently. In the case of honing a printed circuit board, it is required that the fluctuations of the plate-shaped honing material, that is, the honing material having high and low fluctuations, be uniformly honed, and it is desirable that the honing performance can be continuously stable. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs [Content of the Invention] [Means to Solve the Problem] The inventor has particularly studied to ensure that the circumferential direction of the honing layer has a certain degree of stretchability and can be softened by turning the grinding wheel. After honing and preventing excessive honing and peeling of the grinding wheel, a structure has been proposed in which one or more fiber-containing layers are sandwiched between the porous elastomer and the honing layer, and the present invention has been completed. This paper size applies Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X 297 mm) -5- 200306902 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (2) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) That is, the invention A honing grinding wheel is provided with a porous elastic body on a cylindrical core material, a reinforcing layer with fibers is provided on the outer periphery of the porous elastic body, and a honing layer is provided on the outer periphery of the reinforcing layer. In the grinding wheel for honing, the reinforcing layer preferably has one or more of the fiber layers in the rubber layer. The material of the fibers may be an organic material or an inorganic material. The fibers of the organic material may be selected from aromatic polyamide fibers, polyester fibers, Kevlar fibers (trade name of Polyamide fibers of the United States Du ρ ο t company: Kevlar), or nylon fiber series. [Description of Drawings] Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a honing grinding wheel according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the periphery of the reinforcing layer according to this embodiment. FIG. 3 is a plan view of a honing grinding wheel according to this embodiment. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a test model used in the honing test of the example. Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a model created on the material to be honed to the test model shown in Fig. 4; Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs [Illustration of drawing number] 1: Core material 2: Porous elastomer 3: Reinforcement layer 3 a: Fiber 3 b: Rubber layer The paper size is applicable to Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specifications (210X297 mm) -6- 200306902 A7 ______ B7 V. Description of the invention (3) 4: Honing layer (please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) [Invention implementation mode] The following describes this with reference to the drawings An embodiment of the invention. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a honing grinding wheel according to this embodiment. In the figure, figure 1 is a cylindrical core material, figure 2 is a porous elastomer, figure 3 is a reinforcing layer having a fiber layer, and figure 4 is a honing layer. The core material 1 is hollow and has a structure that can be mounted on a shaft rod of a honing machine. Therefore, the diameter of the hollow portion of the core material 1 and the detailed structure thereof are determined according to the diameter of the shaft rod of the honing machine not shown in the figure and the structure thereof. The length dimension is designed to fit the size and shape of the material being honed. Although the material of the core material 1 is not particularly limited, it is preferably a material that is lightweight and has high rigidity. A porous elastic body 2 is provided on the outer periphery of the core material 1. The material of the porous elastomer 2 is, for example, a foamable organic porous material. A typical porous elastomer 2 is a sponge material. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A reinforcing layer 3 is provided on the outer periphery of the porous elastomer 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing layer 3 has a fiber layer composed of fibers 3 a. The fiber 3a has a structure for applying a desired tensile strength to the reinforcing layer 3. By interposing such a reinforcing layer 3 between the porous elastomer 2 and the honing layer 4, the desired strength and flexibility can be maintained in the grinding wheel during honing. The reinforcing layer 3 preferably has a structure in which fibers 3a are embedded in the entire rubber layer 3b. If the structure of the fiber 3a is covered with a rubber layer 3b, the material of the rubber layer 3b can be adjusted appropriately by honing the paper. The paper size can be adjusted to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 乂 297 mm). 200306902 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (4) Softness of layer 4. The flexibility can be adjusted, and the conditions of the material to be honed and the conditions of honing can be used to maintain a more stable honing. The fiber layer composed of the fibers 3a can be formed by winding the fibers 3a in the circumferential direction of the grinding wheel. In Fig. 2, an equally spaced cross section of the spirally wound fiber 3a is shown. The form of the fibrous layer is not limited to the spiral winding, and may be a mesh made of woven fibers. As a typical mesh fiber layer, a fabric or cloth of synthetic fibers used for clothing can be mentioned. In this case, the material is not only cheap but also easy to obtain and process. As the fiber 3a, a bundle-shaped thread obtained by knitting a plurality of single-line thread bodies can be used. In contrast, when a single wire is used, it is very difficult and difficult to wind the short interval of the single wire, especially when the single wire is cut during honing, which may hinder the honing and safety. Therefore, the optimal fiber state in the present invention is a wire bundle obtained by knitting a single thread. Regarding the material of the fiber 3a, either organic or inorganic materials are acceptable; inorganic materials are preferred if the strength is emphasized; and organic materials are preferred if the weight and softness of the honing wheel are emphasized. These can be appropriately selected according to the honing conditions. Among the fibers of the organic material, general fiber materials such as aromatic polyamide fibers, polyester fibers, Kevlar fibers (Polyamide-based fibers of Du Pont Corporation of the United States: Kevlar), or nylon fibers can be used. In the process of honing and the like of a printed circuit board, fibers of an organic material that is lighter and more flexible than an inorganic material are better. As the material used for the honing layer 4, a material generally used for a honing wheel can be used. This paper size applies to Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X297 mm) I--«»-: 2-I---I 1-I — ^ 1--«--- (please Read the notes on the back and fill in this page) Order printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs-8-200306902 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (5) (Please read the notes on the back before filling this page) In the invention Generally, one or more abrasives can be selected from alumina abrasives, silicon carbide abrasives, chromium oxide abrasives, CBN abrasives, and diamond abrasives. The combination can be appropriately selected according to the grinding conditions and the material to be honed. Printed by the Consumers' Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The bonding agent used in the present invention can be appropriately selected from ceramic bonding agents, thermosetting resins, PVA, or silicate bonding agents. The composition after firing or hardening, when a ceramic binder is used, the porosity is 10-50%, preferably 15-45%; the abrasive particle rate is 30-55%, preferably 35-50%. In the case of using a thermosetting resin binder, the porosity is 0 to 20%, preferably 0 to 10%, and the abrasive particle rate is 20 to 45%, preferably 20 to 40%. In the case of using a PVA binder, the porosity is 20 to 50%, preferably 30 to 50%, and the abrasive particle rate is 20 to 45%, preferably 20 to 40%. In the case of using a magnesium oxide binder, the porosity is 0 to 20%, preferably 0 to 10%, and the abrasive particle rate is 20 to 40%, preferably 20 to 40%. The lower the abrasive grain rate, the worse the honing property. If the abrasive grain rate is high, clogging may occur. Binder ratio is the ratio of 100% minus the porosity and abrasive rate. The selection of the binder and the decision of the composition of the grinding wheel must be appropriately selected according to the honing conditions and the material of the material to be honed. FIG. 3 shows an example of the form of the honing layer 4. If the honing layer 4 is a single ring-shaped integrated honing layer, the flexibility corresponding to the honing surface cannot be obtained. Therefore, "the honing layer 4 may be in the form of attaching a plurality of fan-shaped block-type wheels" or, as shown in Fig. 3, a form in which many small block-shaped grinding stones are attached. Various forms can be considered for the honing layer 4, as long as the softness of the honing layer 4 can be ensured, the specific form is not limited. In addition, this paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X 297 mm) -9-200306902 A7 B7 5. Description of the invention (6), the honing layer 4 also has the following production method: set on a thin rubber layer A grindstone sheet is produced, and a rubber layer is wound and attached to the outer periphery of the reinforcing layer 3. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling in this page.) The thickness of the above honing layer 4 is preferably 0.5 mm to 5 mm when using CBN or diamond abrasives. Other than using CBN or diamond abrasives In the case of abrasives, it is preferably 3 mm to 15 mm. Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described together with comparative examples, which do not represent any limitation on the structure of the present invention. [Example] Honing layer material Abrasive: Green silicon carbide abrasive (GC abrasive), particle size 600 # Binder: powder phenolic resin with abrasive weight ratio of 13.7 100. Honing layer production sequence Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs After the above mixed materials are uniformly mixed, the abrasive plate with an area of 60 x 240 mm and a thickness of 9 mm is cold rolled. After hardening at 170 ° C for 8 hours, a rubber layer having a fiber layer was attached to the molded abrasive plate. The honing layer on the rubber layer was cut into a checkerboard shape by a cutting machine to form a honing layer having a plurality of small stones. Then make a plurality of the same honing layer. Production procedure of honing grinding wheel A sponge material was attached to a phenol resin laminated tube having a hole diameter of 76.2 mm to provide a porous elastic layer. Attach the abrasive layer to the upper part, and have the paper size made of polyester fiber inside. Applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 乂 297mm) -10- 200306902 A7 ___ B7 V. Description of the invention (7 The rubber layer of the reinforced layer is spirally wound and adhered to the outer periphery of the sponge layer to make a grinding wheel for honing. The polyester fiber cloth used in the reinforcing layer is a woven material with a plurality of fiber bundles with a diameter of 20 / zm as a diameter of 0.8 mm and a pitch of 0.7 mm. Then, the honing layer is processed. , Completed the honing wheel with an outer diameter of 150mm, a length of 610mm, and a hole diameter of 76.2mm. [Comparative Example] As a comparative example, a commercially available abrasive belt 650x200mm was prepared. The abrasive is alumina type abrasive (A abrasive) with a particle size of 600 #. Using the abrasive materials of the above Examples and Comparative Examples, the following honing tests were performed. As the material to be honed, a glass epoxy resin with a copper foil having a thickness of 0.6 mm and a size of 510 x 406 mm was used. For the material to be honed, the following test model was set. As shown in Fig. 4, as a test model, it is designed that holes of 00.3 mm are provided at 5 mm intervals within a 35 mm square. Then, as shown in Fig. 5, a total of 36 such models were printed in 6 rows and 6 columns. After the through-hole plating was performed, the resin of the through-hole was embedded with a liquid epoxy resin using a screen printer, and was cured at 150 ° C for 2 hours, and then a test model was formed on the material to be honed. The honing material used as the test model was honed under the following honing conditions. After each honing, check for unevenness after removing the protrusions of the resin embedded in the test model hole. The comparison of the number of each honing piece is as follows. The test results remove the unevenness. The number of honing layer consumption. Example 300 3000 Comparative example 100 100 This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X 297 mm) -12- 200306902 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (9) (Please read the notes on the back before filling in this page} From the test results, it can be seen that the number of pieces produced by the removal of unevenness in the example is compared with the belt of the comparative example. It is 3 times that. Even if the grinding wheel of the embodiment has unevenness, the honing force can be restored if the honing surface is trimmed, and the number of honing can be the same as that of the non-uniformity. In the belt, since the honing layer is a layer, its life is when the honing unevenness occurs. In addition, the number of honing pieces until the honing layer is exhausted, the grinding wheel of this example is 3,000, which is the same as the comparative example. Compared to it, it is 30 times. In the abrasive belt, if the honing unevenness occurs, if the honing is continued, the new abrasive belt must be replaced. To replace the abrasive belt, there must be a certain amount of belt inventory. Thus, with this reality Compared with the examples, the production efficiency of the abrasive belt is much worse. [Effect of the Invention] As mentioned above, the honing wheel of the present invention has a longer honing life compared with the abrasive belt. It is very effective for honing and processing honing of printed circuit boards. Therefore, the present invention is very useful for the production of high-density and high-performance printed circuit boards.
