TARIFNAME TEKNIK ALAN Bulus, MGB APN içerisinde belirlenen bir grubun ücretsiz olarak internete baglanmalarini saglayan MGB APN bazli ücretsiz veri kullanim sistemi ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle, mobil operatörde belirlenen abonenin MGB APN üzerinden ücretsiz veri kullanim tanimlanmis olan gerçek lP ile baglanti sagladiginda veri kullaniminin ücretlendirmesini kendisine atanmis standart olan tarife üzerinden yapan ücretsiz veri kullanim sistemi ile ilgilidir. ÖNCEKI TEKNIK Günümüzde, bir web adresine mobil cihaz üzerinden baglanti saglandiginda, sitedeki görsellerin fazla olmasi durumunda abonenin veri kullanim miktari oldukça yüksek olmaktadir. Bu nedenle abone yüksek resim içerikli web sitesine girmekten kaçinmaktadir. Bu durumda hem abone ilgili siteden faydalanamamakta hem de web sitesi müsteri kaybetmektedir. MGB APN servisi, müsterinin MSlSDNline (Mobile Station lntegrated Services Digital Network-Mobil Telefon Numarasi) dinamik sekilde her baglantida farkli bir gerçek lP atamasi saglar. Literatürde yapilan arastirmalar sonucu "2018/05236" basvuru numarali ve "lMSl - MGB APN ESLESTIRME SISTEMI" bulus baslikli Türkiye patent müracaatina rastlanmistir. Söz konusu basvuru MGB APN kullanilmasi istenilen, MGB APN tanimli olan MSlSDNlleri kullanma zorunlulugunu, SlM kartin lMSl koduna MGB APN tanimlamasi yaparak ortadan kaldiran bir eslestirme sistemi ile ilgilidir. Ancak bahsedilen basvuruda belirlenen bir grubun ücretsiz olarak internete baglanmalarini saglayan MGB APN bazli ücretsiz veri kullanim sistemi ile ilgili bir emareye rastlanmam isti r. Literatürde yapilan arastirmalar sonucu "2016/14448" basvuru numarali ve "Mobil genis bant erisim noktasi agi (mgb apn)" bulus baslikli Türkiye patent müracaatina rastlanmistir. Söz konusu basvuru Telekomünikasyon sektöründe kullanilmak üzere, kullanici cihazinin internete baglanmasi esnasinda dinamik olarak ortak lP alarak, mobil operatör agindan ag adresi çevirme islemine girmeden internete çikmasini saglayan mobil genis bant erisim noktasi agina (MGB APN) ait bir yöntem ile ilgilidir. Ancak bahsedilen basvuruda belirlenen bir grubun ücretsiz olarak internete baglanmalarini saglayan MGB APN bazli ücretsiz veri kullanim sistemi rastlanmam isti r. Sonuçta yukarida bahsedilen ve mevcut teknik isiginda çözülemeyen sorunlar, ilgili teknik alanda bir yenilik yapmayi zorunlu kilmistir. BULUSUN KISA AÇIKLAMASI Mevcut bulus yukarida bahsedilen dezavantajlari ortadan kaldirmak ve ilgili teknik alana yeni avantajlar getirmek üzere ücretsiz veri kullanim sistemi ile ilgilidir. Bulusun ana amaci, MGB APN üzerinden belirlenen bir grubun ücretsiz olarak internete baglanmalarini saglamaktir. Yukarida bahsedilen ve asagidaki detayli anlatimdan ortaya çikacak tüm amaçlari gerçeklestirmek üzere mevcut bulus, SlM kart üzerinden telekomünikasyon altyapisini MGB APN ile kullanan müsterilere sunulan ve mobil operatörde belirlenen abonenin MGB APN üzerinden ücretsiz veri kullanim tanimlanmis olan gerçek lP ile baglanti sagladiginda veri kullaniminin ücretlendirmesini kendisine atanmis standart olan tarife üzerinden yapan ücretsiz veri kullanim sistemi olup, özelligi; internet agina baglanmak üzere içerisinde bulunan SlM kart vasitasiyla baz istasyonuna sinyal gönderen ve baz istasyonundan sinyal alan kullanici cihazi, kullanici cihazinin üzerinden internet agina baglanmasini saglamak üzere sinyal gönderen baz istasyonu, internet APNlde kullanici cihazina dinamik lP adresini veren ve gelen baglanti istegini diger ekipmanlara yönlendiren GGSN, servis alani içerisindeki baz istasyonuna giden ve baz istasyonundan gelen veri paketlerini dagitmak üzere radyo paketlerini ve mobil ag baglanti taleplerini sinyaller vasitasiyla alarak GGSlee kadar tasiyan SGSN, kullanici cihazi üzerinden ilk baglanti istegi gönderildigi adimdan lP atama adimina kadar gereken sinyallesme ve dogrulama islemini yapan ve baglantiya onay veya ret vermek üzere gelen baglanti taleplerinde kendi veritabanindan MSlSDN için sorgu olusturarak internet APN, MGB APN ve statik lP gibi baglanti taleplerinin yetki bilgilerini alan GGSN üzerinden alan radius sistemi, radius sistemi ile haberleserek MSlSDNlnin herhangi bir kisitinin olup olmadiginin üzerinden sorgulandigi, içerisinde lokasyon bilgisinin ve APN bilgisinin tutuldugu veritabani olan HLR, radius sisteminden internet hizini düsürme komutu almasi durumunda internet hizini düsüren, mobil operatör aginda internet APN için ücretlendirme islemini gerçeklestiren ve üzerinden ücretlendirme tanimlarinin yapildigi SASN, SASN içerisinde bulunan, radius sistemi ile haberlesen ve içerisinde kosturulan yazilim vasitasiyla ücretsiz olmasi istenen MGB APNlde yer alan gerçek lPller üzerinden tüm internet içerigine ücretsiz veri kullanimi tanimlamasini yapan ve tanimlanan lP bilgilerini CGlee ileten ücretsiz veri uygulamasi, internet APNlde bulunan aboneye atanan özel numaranin özel lPlsini genel lP'ye çevirerek gerçek lP atayan ve statik lP atanmis olmasi durumunda herhangi bir islem yapmadan baglanti istegini internet yönlendiricisine ileten CGN, CGNlden aldigi baglanti istegi vasitasiyla kullanici cihazini mobil operatör agi üzerinden internete baglayan yönlendirici içermesidir. CGN (Carrier Grade NAT- Tasiyici Sinifi NAT) (9), internet APNlde MSlSDNlin özel (private) lPlsini genel (public) lP'ye çevirerek gerçek lP atayan ve statik lP atanmis olmasi durumunda herhangi bir islem yapmadan baglantiyi ilerleten ekipmandir. Yönlendirici (10), ekipman baglantisini mobil operatör agindan internete çikartan router cihazidir. SGSN (3), servis alani içerisindeki gezgin istasyona giden ve istasyondan gelen veri paketlerinin dagitimindan sorumludur. Harici paket veri aglari ile gezgin istasyonlar arasinda kullanici veri paketlerini transfer etmek için paket radyo (telsiz) prensibini kullanir. Paketler GPRS gezgin istasyonlarindan paket anahtarlamali aglara dogrudan yönlendirilir. Paket iletim yöntemiyle çalistigi için veri aktarimi daha hizli ve tepki süreleri çok daha azdir. GSM bandinda normal aktarim hizi 14.4 Kbps (Kilobit Per Second- Saniyede Kilobayt) iken bu rakam GPRSlde 115 Kbps olarak gerçeklesebilir. Ücretsiz veri kullanim sistemi ile beraber ücretsiz veri (data) servisi almasi planlanan MGB APNlde yer alan gerçek lPllere içerik sunucularina veya web sitelerine erisimlerinde herhangi bir veri ücretlendirmesi yapilmamaktadir. Yani özetle; abone, mobil operatör mobil alt yapisindan, ücretsiz veri kullanim yapisi tanimlanmis olan gerçek lP ile baglanti sagladiginda veri kullaniminin ücretlendirmesi olmayacaktir. Ücretsiz veri kullanim sistemi ile, veri tüketiminin ücretsiz olmasi istenen MGB APN içerisinde yer alan gerçek lP'lerin bilgisi tanimlanmaktadir. Tanimi yapilan aboneye veri kullanim ücreti yansitilmamaktadir. Ücretsiz veri kullanim sistemi bir abonenin mobil operatör alt yapisinda ücretsiz veri kullanimi yapmasi amaciyla saglanan yapidir. Baglanti yapan abonenin ücretlendirilmeyecegi MGB APNlde yer alan gerçek lP adresleri SASN (7) cihazinin üzerinde tanimlanir. Kullanici cihazi (User Equipment) (1) üzerinden kullanici SlM kart ile mobil operatör (tercihen Türk Telekom) agina bir baglanti talebi yaptiginda, bu baglanti baz istasyonundan (2) SGSN'e (3) iletilmektedir. Ayrica bu baglanti talebi SGSN (3) üzerinden HLR'ye (4) yetki kontrolleri yapilmak üzere iletilir. Yetkilerde herhangi bir kisitlama yok ise SGSN (3) üzerinden internet GGSN (5) cihazina iletilmektedir. Baglanti talebi internet GGSNle (5) geldiginde, GGSN (5) ilk etapta SlM kart (hat) numarasini radius sistemine (6) iletir ve bu hat numarasina tanimli MGB APN taniminin olup olmadigini radius sistemi (6) üzerinden sorgular. Herhangi bir lP tanimi varsa bu lP atanarak baglantisina SASN (7) cihazi yönünde devam eder. Eger herhangi bir lP tanimi yok ise internet GGSN (5) sanal bir lP atamasi yapar ve baglantisina SASN (7) cihazi yönünde devam eder. For this reason, subscribers avoid visiting websites with high image content. In this case, the subscriber cannot benefit from the relevant site and the website loses customers. The MGB APN service allows the customer to dynamically assign a different real IP to the MSlSDNline (Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Network-Mobile Telephone Number) on each connection. As a result of the research in the literature, a Turkish patent application with application number "2018/05236" and the invention title "lMSl - MGB APN MATCHING SYSTEM" was found. The application in question is related to a matching system that eliminates the obligation to use MSlSDNs defined as MGB APN, by defining MGB APN in the lMSl code of the SLM card. However, in the application mentioned, there is no sign of the MGB APN-based free data usage system, which allows a specified group to connect to the internet free of charge. As a result of the research in the literature, a Turkish patent application with application number "2016/14448" and the invention title "Mobile broadband access point network (MGB APN)" was found. The application in question is related to a method of mobile broadband access point network (MGB APN) for use in the Telecommunications sector, which enables the user device to access the internet by dynamically receiving a common IP when connecting to the internet, without having to go through the network address translation process from the mobile operator network. However, in the application mentioned, no MGB APN-based free data usage system, which allows a designated group to connect to the internet free of charge, has been found. As a result, the problems mentioned above, which cannot be solved in the light of the current technique, necessitated an innovation in the relevant technical field. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is related to a free data usage system to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and bring new advantages to the relevant technical field. The main purpose of the invention is to enable a designated group to connect to the internet free of charge via MGB APN. In order to realize all the purposes mentioned above and that will emerge from the detailed explanation below, the present invention is offered to customers using the telecommunication infrastructure with MGB APN through the SLM card and the standard assigned to the subscriber determined in the mobile operator to charge the data usage when connecting with the real LP defined for free data usage via MGB APN. It converts the GPRS packets coming from the SGSN (3) into the appropriate packet data protocol (PDP=Packet Data Protocol) (such as IP or X.25) and sends them to the packet data network. In the opposite direction, the PDP addresses of the incoming data packets are converted to the GSM address of the target user. Readdressed packets are sent to the responsible SGSN (3). For this purpose, GGSN (5) records the user's current SGSN (3) address and profile. GGSN (5) also undertakes authentication and upload functions. A GGSN (5) is an interface to external packet data networks for many SSGNs. SGSN (3) sends its packages to different networks via different GGSNs (5). HLR (4) is the database of all mobile numbers registered in a GSM network. HLR (4) keeps a record of subscribers' SlM card IDs (lMSl) and mobile phone numbers (MSlSDN). APN (Access Point Name) is the address that provides routing information within the GPRS network. There are no data charges for real individuals in the MGB APN, who are planned to receive free data service along with the free data usage system, when accessing content servers or websites. So in summary; When the subscriber connects to the real IP, whose free data usage structure is defined, from the mobile operator's mobile infrastructure, there will be no charge for data usage. Pricing will be made according to the standard tariff assigned to it. With the free data usage system, the information of the real IPs in the MGB APN for which data consumption is desired to be free is defined. No data usage fee is charged to the defined subscriber. Free data usage system is the structure provided for a subscriber to use free data in the mobile operator infrastructure. The real IP addresses in the MGB APN, for which the connecting subscriber will not be charged, are defined on the SASN (7) device. When the user requests a connection to the mobile operator (preferably Türk Telekom) network with the SLM card via the User Equipment (1), this connection is transmitted from the base station (2) to the SGSN (3). In addition, this connection request is transmitted to HLR (4) via SGSN (3) for authorization checks. If there are no restrictions on authorizations, the internet is transmitted to the GGSN (5) device via SGSN (3). When the connection request comes to the internet GGSN (5), GGSN (5) first transmits the SLM card (line) number to the radius system (6) and queries whether there is an MGB APN defined for this line number or not through the radius system (6). If there is any lP definition, this lP is assigned and the connection continues towards the SASN (7) device. If there is no lP definition, internet GGSN (5) assigns a virtual lP and continues its connection towards the SASN (7) device. When the connection request comes with SASN (7), it is checked whether the real IP address in the MGB APN making the connection request is defined in the "Free Data Usage" structure or not, through the free data application (8). If the real IP is defined in the relevant table, this subscriber is given free connection permission via the free data application (8) in SASN (7). The connection is then forwarded to the CGN (9) box and the connection is sent to the router (10) (client server). No matter how much the subscriber surfs the Internet, no data usage is reflected.
