TARIFNAME ÇIGKÖFTELI HAMBURGER TEKNIK ALAN Bulus, hamburger ekmegi içerisine, Türk mutfagina özgü etli/etsiz, acili/acisiz türleri bulunan çigköfte ve istege göre misir ve/veya patates cipsi, nar eksisi, sos, marul, domates konumlandirilarak tüketime sunulan çigköfteli hamburger ile BULUSUN ALTYAPISI Çigköfte, Türk mutfaginin sevilen tatlarindan biri olup, etli ve etsiz olarak üretilmekte ve tüketilmektedir. Günümüzde etli/etsiz olarak üretilen çigköfte, farkli agirlikta isletmeler tarafindan satisa sunulabildigi gibi, dürüm olarak adlandirilan sekilde lavas ekmegi içerisine belirlenen gramajlarda sürülmek ve üzerine tercihe göre nar eksisi, sos, marul, domates konumlandirilmak ve lavas ekmeginin rulo seklinde sarilarak tüketime sunulmaktadir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda hazir gida (fast food) sektöründe burger olarak bilinen hamburger ekmegi içerisine konumlandirilmis, içerisinde yuvarlak formda kirmizi/beyaz etten mamul pisirilmis/kizartilmis köfte, misir ve/veya patates cipsi, ketçap, mayonez, domates, marul içeren gidalar insanlarin tüketimine de sunulmaktadir. Bulusun amaci, teknigin bilinen durumunda var olan ve yukarida belirtilen burger ve çigköfte gidalari haricinde tüketicilere farkli bir tat olusturmak üzere bulusa konu çifköfteli hamburger gelistirilmesinin saglanmasidir. Bulusun diger bir amaci, çigköfteli hamburgerin üretiminde, yuvarlak ve/veya oval formda hamburger ekmegi kullanilmasinin saglanmasidir. BU LUSUN DETAYLI AÇIKLAMASI Bulus, hamburger ekmegi içerisine, Türk mutfagina özgü etli/etsiz, acili/acisiz türleri bulunan çigköfte ve istege göre misir ve/veya patates cipsi, nar eksisi, sos, marul, domates konumlandirilarak tüketime sunulan çigköfteli hamburgeri konu almaktadir. Bulusa konu çigköfteli hamburgerin üretiminde öncelikle, etli/etsiz, acili/acisiz olarak çigköfte harci yogrulmakta ve çigköfte yogrularak üretilmektedir. Yuvarlak ve/veya oval formda hamburger ekmegi içerisine belirlenen gramajda yogrulan çigköfte sürülerek konumlandirilmaktadir. Üzerine tercihe göre istege göre misir ve/veya patates cipsi, nar eksisi, sos, marul, domates konumlandirilarak çigköfteli hamburgerin üretimi gerçeklestirilmektedir. Bulusa konu çigköfteli hamburgerin üretiminde hamburger ekmegi içerisine konumlandirilan misir ve/veya patates cipsi, nar eksisi, sos, marul, domates tüketicinin talebi dogrultusunda miktari artirilip/azaltilabilmektedir. Ayrica belirtilen misir ve/veya patates cipsi, nar eksisi, sos, marul, domatesin herhangi biri yada birden fazlasi çigköfteli hamburger içerisine konumlandirilmadan da yalnizca hamburger ekmegi içerisine çigköfte konumlandirilmis halde çigköfteli hamburger üretilip tüketime sunulabilmektedir. Üretimi gerçeklestirilen çigköfteli hamburger, direkt olarak tüketime sunulabildigi gibi, uygun gida ambalaj saklama kosullarinda ambalajlanarak marketlerde satisa sunulabilmektedir. The purpose of the invention is to enable the development of the hamburger with chicken meatballs, which is the subject of the invention, in order to create a different taste for consumers, apart from the burger and meatball foods mentioned above, which exist in the state of the art. Another purpose of the invention is to enable the use of round and/or oval shaped hamburger buns in the production of hamburger with raw meatballs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention is about the chicken meatball burger, which has meat/meatless, spicy/non-spicy types specific to Turkish cuisine, inside the hamburger bun, and the chicken meatball hamburger, which is offered for consumption by placing corn and/or potato chips, pomegranate syrup, sauce, lettuce and tomato upon request. In the production of the hamburger with raw meatballs, which is the subject of the invention, firstly, the mixture of raw meatballs is kneaded, with or without meat, with or without spicy, and the raw meatballs are produced by kneading. The raw meatballs kneaded in a determined weight are spread into the round and/or oval shaped hamburger bun and positioned. The production of the hamburger with raw meatballs is carried out by placing corn and/or potato chips, pomegranate syrup, sauce, lettuce and tomatoes on top, depending on your preference. In the production of the hamburger with meatballs, which is the subject of the invention, the amount of corn and/or potato chips, pomegranate syrup, sauce, lettuce and tomatoes placed in the hamburger bun can be increased/decreased in line with the demand of the consumer. In addition, without placing any one or more of the mentioned corn and/or potato chips, pomegranate syrup, sauce, lettuce, and tomato inside the hamburger with raw meatballs, a hamburger with raw meatballs can be produced and offered for consumption only with the raw meatballs positioned inside the hamburger bun.
