Description
TARIFNAME BIR AKSON KORUYUCU KAPAK Teknik Alan Bu bulus, en azindan fren diski, poyra, ABS sensörü, salincak kolu, amortisör ve aks mili gibi parçalara yataklik eden süspansiyonun en önemli tasiyici yapisal parçalarindan biri olan akson parçasi içerisinde yer alan poyra rulmaninin dis etkenlerden korunmasini saglayan bir koruyucu kapak ile ilgilidir. Önceki Teknik Akson parçalari araçlarda sasi sisteminin bir alt sistemi olan ön süspansiyon sisteminin tekerlek grubunda kullanilmaktadir. Akson parçasi fren diski, poyra, ABS sensörü, salincak kolu, amortisör ve aks miline yataklik yapan süspansiyonun en önemli tasiyici yapisal parçalarindan biridir. Akson parçasi agir ticari araçlarda dayanikli olmasi için çelik dövme yöntemiyle imal edilirken hafif ticari ve binek araç gruplarinda demir döküm veya alüminyum döküm yöntemiyle elde edilmektedir. Akson parçasina tekerleklerin dönmesini saglayan ayni zamanda lastik ve jant grubuna yataklik yapan poyra rulmani baglanmaktadir. Önden çekisli araçlarda, aks mili bulunmadigi için poyra rulmani içerisinde yabanci maddeler girmekte ve poyra keçesini olumsuz etkilemektedir. TR TR DESCRIPTION AN AXSON PROTECTIVE COVER Technical Field This invention provides protection of the hub bearing located within the axon part, which is one of the most important carrier structural parts of the suspension, at least, which supports parts such as brake disc, hub, ABS sensor, swing arm, shock absorber and axle shaft, from external factors. It concerns a protective cover. Prior Art Axon parts are used in the wheel group of the front suspension system, which is a subsystem of the chassis system in vehicles. The axle part is one of the most important structural parts of the suspension, supporting the brake disc, hub, ABS sensor, swing arm, shock absorber and axle shaft. While the axle part is manufactured by steel forging method in order to be durable in heavy commercial vehicles, it is obtained by iron casting or aluminum casting method in light commercial and passenger vehicle groups. The hub bearing, which allows the wheels to rotate and also supports the tire and rim group, is connected to the axon part. In front-wheel drive vehicles, since there is no axle shaft, foreign substances enter the hub bearing and negatively affect the hub seal. In the state of the art, there is no application to prevent the hub bearing from being negatively affected by the external environment in front suspension systems. After the vehicle is sold to the customer and after a certain amount of use, the seals of the hub bearings cannot fulfill their function due to environmental factors such as dust, dirt, mud and ice coming from the external environment. These environmental factors enter the hub and contaminate the bearing grease. Thus, since the contaminated grease cannot fully fulfill its function of reducing friction and lowering temperature, the bearing balls are locked and subsequently cause the hub to disintegrate. If this situation occurs within the warranty period of the vehicle, it increases the warranty costs. For this reason, today there is a need for solutions that will prevent environmental factors from reaching the hub bearing from the outside environment. In the state-of-the-art United States patent document numbered USS172984A, a leak-proof cover structure mounted on the wheel bearing, which swells or contracts outwards depending on pressure changes, thanks to its flexible structure, is mentioned. Ventilation ports are opened by making the cover structure made of flexible material. The cap structure mentioned in the United States patent document No. USS172984 is produced by the injection method and has a cylindrical shape. Brief Description of the Invention The purpose of this invention is to create an axle protective cover that prevents the hub bearing in the front suspension system of vehicles from communicating with the external environment in order to provide protection to the hub bearing felt. Another purpose of the invention is to create an axle protective cover that prevents the grease in the hub bearing from being negatively affected by external effects and prevents the bearing from losing its function. Another aim of the invention is to create an axon protective cover that can be easily installed and removed on the axon, thanks to its nailed structure. Another purpose of the invention is to produce an axon protective cover that prevents the formation of extra load by being made of plastic material. Detailed Description of the Invention "An Axon Protective Cover" made to achieve the purpose of this invention is shown in the attached figures, and these figures are; Figure 1. is the perspective view of the axon protective cover that is the subject of the invention. Figure 2. is the perspective view of the axon protective cover of the invention applied to the axon. Figure 3. is the side view of the axon protective cover subject to the invention applied on the axon. The parts in the figures are numbered one by one, and the equivalents of these numbers are given below: 1. Cover 2. Body 3. Nail 4th Stage An axon protective cover (1) according to the invention, which ensures that the hub bearing in the front suspension system of the vehicles is disconnected from the external environment, - located on the axon (A) in order to provide protection to the hub bearing felt. An almost circular body (2) that prevents at least one hub bearing from being adversely affected by external factors by closing the space in which it is located, -more than one body located at the ends of the body (2) and fixed to the axle (A) to fit into the space where the hub bearing is located. It contains a number of nails (3) and at least one stage (4) located at the ends of the nails (3) that strengthens the fixation to the axon (A) so that the body (2) does not come loose over the axon (A). In the protective cover (1) that is the subject of the invention, the body (2) is circular in shape and there are more than one tab (3) at the ends, with equal distance between them. There are four nails (3) on the body (2) and they are positioned at the ends of the body (2), with 900 distances between them. The body (2) and the nails (3) are positioned perpendicular to each other. In this way, while closing the axon (A) gap, the nails (3) enter into the gap. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, there is a step (4) at the other ends of the tabs (3) that are not connected to the body (2). After the protrusion (3) of the stage (4) enters the axon (A) cavity, it tries to hold on by contacting the inner surface of the axon (A) and prevents the body (2) from separating from the axon (A). In this way, the cover (I) is prevented from separating from the axon (A) and falling due to vibrations occurring in the vehicle front suspension systems. The preferred body (2), tab (3) and stage (4) of the invention are made of plastic as a single piece. The axon protective cover (1), which is the subject of the invention, is placed on the axle (A) to prevent the grease in the bearing, which enables the movement of the vehicle as the wheels rotate, from being affected by the external environment. It cuts off the contact of the hub bearing with the external environment. In this way, bearing deterioration is prevented and safe driving is ensured. On the other hand, the production of the protective cover (l) from plastic material provides a weight advantage, while the clawed structure enables easy installation. Around these basic concepts, it is possible to develop a wide variety of applications related to the subject of the invention, "An Axon Protective Cover (1)", and the invention cannot be limited to the examples explained here, it is essentially as stated in the claims.
