Yardimci hava akimli hidrolik bag/bahçe pülverizatörlerü hareketini traktörün kuyruk milinden alir. Hareket kuyruk milinden hidrolik sistemi çalistiran pompaya, pompadan da sanzimana aktarilir. Sistem, ilaçlama pompasina ve fana döner tahriki iletmek için traktör kuyruk milinden makinenin arka tarafindaki fanin pervane (merkezi) baglantisina kadar yatay bir eksende iletilmektedir. Ilaç ve su karisimi olan tankin, orta kismindan (saft kanali) geçerek fana ulasmaktadir. Bu durumda saftin içerisinden geçtigi kanalin etrafinin kazan içerisinde kaplanmasi ve ek yerlerinin kaynatilmasi gerekmedir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda, turbo atomizerin yatay eksende sistemin basindan ucuna kadar uzayan ve döner harekete bulunan saftin; titresim, balans ve gürültü parametreleri yüksek olup, ürünün ergonomik yapisi, tamir ve bakim masraflari, ürünün gövde ve diger yapisal bozukluklara olumsuz yönde neden olmasi ile ömrünü de kisaltmaktadir. Mevcut teknikte, turbo atomizerin arka tarafinda bulunan fan (pervane) kismi, yatay saft ekseni üzerinde olmak zorundadir. Bu basvurunun özet sayfasinda; "Bulus konusu; Bu bulus iki depo (1, 2) arasina yerlestirilmis bir davlumbaz (3) ve pervane grubuna (4) sahip bir ilaçlama makinesi ile ilgilidir. Türk patent veri tabaninda yaptigimiz arastirmalara göre 2011/13021 numarali bir basvuruya rastlanmistir. Bu basvurunun özet sayfasinda; "Bulus konusu; Yardimci hava akimli hidrolik bag - bahçe pülverizatörü için üretilen çift fanli plastik davlumbazli fan grubu, iki hareketli fan (4,5) içermektedir. Kuyruk milinden güç alarak hareketlendirilen fan (5) havayi davlumbaz (3) içerisine dogru yönlendirir. Buradan sabit pervane (7) olarak isimlendirilen sac malzemeden yapilmis sabit fandan geçerek avare dönen fani(4) hareketlendirir. Böylece davlumbaz (3) içerisindeki hava kayiplan azaltilarak türbülanslar engellenmeye çalisilir. Hava daha sonra yön verme saci (1) ve ara kademe saci (1) araciligi ile hedef olan bitkiye gönderilir. Bahsedilen basvurular incelendiginde; mevcut teknikte yer alan problemlere çözüm üretilmedigi görülmektedir. Fanlarin; tasarim, konum ve sayilarinda gerçeklestirilen degisikler ile mevcut teknigin problemlerini çözecek bir sistem ortaya çikarmamakla birlikte problemlerin daha da büyüdügü bir sistemin ortaya çikmasina neden olmaktadir. Sonuç olarak yukarida anlatilan olumsuzluklardan dolayi ve mevcut çözümlerin konu hakkindaki yetersizligi nedeniyle ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapilmasi gerekliligi ortaya çikmaktadir. BULUSUN AMAÇLARI Bulusun amaci, yukarida bahsedilen gereksinimleri karsilayan, tüm dezavantajlari ortadan kaldiran ve ilave bazi avantajlar getiren çekilir tip turbo atomizerde hidromotor tahrikli fan kontrolü ile ilgilidir. Bulusun en önemli amaci, mevcuttaki çekilir tip turbo atomizerlerde ilaçlama pompasindan fana (pervanelere) kadar yatay eksende olan ve tankin içinden geçerek tank boyunca uzanan safti kaldirmaktir. Bir diger amaç ise fanin (pervanelerin) dönmesi için gereken döner tahrikin saft yerine hidromotor kullanilmasi saglanmasidir. Bir diger amaçta ise, sisteme analog olarak sabit devir sayisi verilebilmektedir. Hidromotora hortumlar vasitasi ile yag geçis orani, hiz kumandasi ile analog olarak ayarlanabilmektedir. Bu sayede ilaçlama yapilirken istenilen sekilde devir ayari yapildigi için ilaçlama sarfiyat ve ilaçlama maliyetleri kontrol edilebilir. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The biggest threats to productivity during agricultural production are undoubtedly weeds, diseases and pests. Disinfestation is one of the most effective ways to deal with these problems that directly affect crop quality and productivity. However, it is very difficult to spray manually due to both time and labor loss. Agricultural pesticide machines provide a solution to this problem. The main benefit of agricultural spraying machines is that they save labor and time. In addition, our farmers are prevented from coming into direct contact with medicines by using the necessary protective clothing and accessories. In this way, it becomes easier to apply chemical ingredients that are dangerous to skin contact or inhalation to crops without harming humans. In addition, using too much or too little medication prevents the desired result from being sprayed. Advanced agricultural pesticide machines ensure that pesticides are delivered to crops both in the desired amount and in the correct way. Almost every farmer has tools that help spray even large areas quickly and easily. Nowadays, hydraulic sprayer with auxiliary air flow is generally used in the spraying of professional production areas where large and dense products are grown. The working principle of these machines, called turbo atomizers in our country, is to ensure that the small drops created by hydraulic nozzles reach the target with the help of a strong air flow. Hydraulic garden/garden sprayers with auxiliary air flow take their movement from the tractor's tail shaft. The movement is transferred from the PTO shaft to the pump that operates the hydraulic system, and from the pump to the transmission. The system is transmitted on a horizontal axis from the tractor tail shaft to the propeller (central) connection of the fan at the rear of the machine to transmit the rotary drive to the spraying pump and fan. The mixture of medicine and water passes through the middle part of the tank (shaft channel) and reaches the fan. In this case, the area around the channel through which the shaft passes must be covered in the boiler and the joints must be welded. In this case, it causes assembly and workmanship difficulties, maintenance and repair difficulties. In addition, in the systems used in the market, the rotation of the fan at the back is done gradually. OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION The purpose of the invention is related to hydromotor driven fan control in a trailed type turbo atomizer that meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages. The most important purpose of the invention is to remove the shaft that is on the horizontal axis from the spraying pump to the fan (propellers) in the existing trailed type turbo atomizers and extends through the tank and along the tank. Another purpose is to use a hydromotor instead of a shaft for the rotary drive required for the rotation of the fan (propellers). For another purpose, a fixed speed number can be given to the system analogously. The oil flow rate to the hydromotor via hoses can be adjusted analogously with the speed control. In this way, spraying consumption and spraying costs can be controlled as the speed can be adjusted as desired while spraying. Thanks to the mentioned purposes; - There will be no need to build the shaft channel that has to pass through the tank full of medicine and water and to join the joints by welding, - Welding and other joint errors in the joints, assembly and workmanship difficulties, cost of the products used, which may occur in the tank over time (in welding and joints).
