Önceki Teknik Günümüzde Su, nem, hava geçirmemesi, isiya dayanikli olmasi gibi birçok özelliginden dolayi cam siseler içeceklerin muhafazasi için siklikla tercih edilmektedir. Günümüzde kullanilan bu cam siselerin tabanlari, konulduklari zeminde düz durabilmeleri için düz bir yapida üretilmektedir. Estetik olarak güzel görünmesini bazi cam siselerin tabanlarinin kenarlari oval bir sekilde tasarlasa da bu siselerin de tabanlarinin orta kismi düz yapidadir. Günümüzde kullanilan bu cam siseler üzerine konumlandiklari zeminde statik bir sekilde durduklarindan üzerlerine gelen kuvvetlerde (raf, masa vb. yerlerde dururken insanlarin elleri ile çarpmalari, nakliye sirasinda yoldan kaynakli salinimlar gibi nedenlerden olusan kuvvetler) devrilip kirilabilmektedir. Cam siselerin bu sekilde düsüp kirilmalari camin kesici bir madde olmasindan nedeniyle çesitli kazalara sebep olmakla birlikte ( kirilan camlarin toplanmasi sirasinda çalisanlarin ellerini kesmesi gibi ) dökülen içecegin temizlenmesi de gereksiz is gücü kayiplarina neden olmaktadir. Yine günümüzde kullanilan bu cam siseler üzerine konumlandiklari zeminde statik bir sekilde durduklarindan sadece içindeki sivi/içecek dökülmek istendiginde kullanici tarafindan kavranip kaldirilmakta sonrasinda da yerine konmakta olup bunun disinda kullanici ile bir etkilesim yaratmamaktadir. Bulusun Amaci Bu bulusun amaci içeceklerin muhafaza edilmesini saglayan cam siselerin, haciyatmaz gibi yandan gelen darbelere ragmen hiç devrilmeyip olmasi gereken dik konuma kendiliginden geri dönebilmesini saglamaktir. Bu bulusun amaci içeceklerin muhafaza edilmesini saglayan cam siselerin haciyatmaz gibi devrilmesini önlemesi sayesinde içeceklerin nakliye, depolama, satis/raf süreci, son kullanici süreci gibi üretiminden tüketimine kadar tüm süreçte güvenli bir sekilde muhafaza edilmesini saglamaktir. Bu bulusun amaci içeceklerin muhafaza edilmesini saglayan cam siselerin haciyatmaz gibi devrilmesini önlemesi sayesinde, cam sisenin kirilip kesici özelliginden dolayi çesitli kazalara sebebiyet vermesi, dökülen içecegin temizlenmesi için ortaya çikan gereksiz is gücü kayiplari gibi sorunlarin önlenmesidir. Bu bulusun amaci içeceklerin muhafaza edilmesini saglayan cam siselerin, kullanici tarafindan dans ettirir gibi farkli yönlere hareket ettirilmesine imkân taniyarak kullanicilarin farkli bir etkilesim içine girmesini saglamak dolayisi ile bulusun kullanildigi içeceklerin piyasadaki rekabet gücünü arttirmaktir. Ürünün agirlik merkezi (A) cam alt gövdenin (1) oldugu bölümde yarim küre seklin orta ekseni üzerine konumlandirilmistir. Bulus konusu üründe alt gövdenin (1) üzerinde kalan bölümde içecek haznesi (2) bulunmaktadir. Içecek haznesine (2) istenilen içecek konulup muhafaza edilmektedir. Bulus konusu üründe yarim küre seklinde alt gövdenin (1) içi tamamen dolu ( silme dolu) oldugundan yani içecek haznesinin (2) oldugu bölüme kadar tamamen bosluksuz oldugundan ve içecek haznesinin (2) oldugu üst taraf içecek haznesinin (2) olusturdugu bosluk nedeniyle ince cidarli oldugundan cam sisenin (C) agirlik merkezinin (A) alt gövdenin (1) oldugu dolu kisim içinde kalmasi saglanmakta ve gerekli hesaplamalar yapilarak agirlik merkezinin (A) alt gövdede (1) dogru yere konumlandirilabilmesine imkan taninmaktadir. Bu sayede bulus konusu cam sise (C) bir haciyatmaz gibi hareket edebilmektedir. Bulus konusu ürün içecegin dökülmesini önemek için içecek haznesinin (2) agiz kismini kapatan bir kapak (3) içermektedir. Kapak (3) mantar veya ahsap veya mantar ve ahsap içeren kompozit malzemeden üretilebilecegi gibi istege bagli olarak farkli malzemelerden de üretilebilir. Kapak (3) sayesinde içecek haznesine konulan içecegin dökülmesi engellenmektedir. Bulus konusu ürün, kullanicilarin tek el ile kavrayip kolayca kaldirilabilmesi için silindirik yapida boyun kismi (4) içermektedir. Agirlik merkezi (A) hacim ve boyutlara göre hesaplanip cam alt gövdenin (1) oldugu bölümde yarim küre seklin orta ekseni üzerine konumlandirildigindan cam sise (C ) herhangi bir nedenle darbe aldiginda devrilme egilimi gösterse de devrilmeyip olmasi gereken dik konuma kendiliginden geri dönmektedir. Bu sayede cam sisenin (C) devrilip kirilmasi ve içinde bulunan içecegin dökülmesinin önüne geçilmektedir. Bulus, uygulanan kuvvet sonrasi devrilmeden farkli yönlere dogru egilip dik konuma geldiginden dans diye tabir edilebilecek bu hareketli yapisi ile kullanicilara eglenceli bir kullanim da sunmaktadir. Bulus konusu üründe istenildigi takdirde kapagin (3) üst bölümüne pusula (5) yerlestirilebilir. Bu pusula (5) sayesinde bulusun kullanicilar tarafindan yön gösterme araci olarak kullanmasina imkân saglanarak bulusla kullanici arasindaki etkilesim arttirilabilmektedir. Bulus yüzeyi hafif egimli ve konik bir yapida oldugundan ön yüzeyine baski yapilabilir veya etiket yapistirilabilir. Bulusun Sanayiye Uygulanma Biçimi Yukarida anlatilan ve teknigin bilinen durumuna basarili bir çözüm getiren bulus diger içecek siseleri gibi cam malzemeden kalibin içinde sisirilerek üretilebilmektedir. Bulus sanayinin herhangi bir dalinda üretilebilir ve kullanilabilir nitelikte olup sanayiye uygulanabilir yapidadir. TR TR TR TR DESCRIPTION NON-TIPPING GLASS BOTTLE DEVELOPED FOR BEVERAGES Technical Field This invention is a product that ensures the safe preservation of beverages in the entire process from production to consumption, such as transportation, storage, sales / shelf process, end-user process, and does not tip over despite side impacts, which is called non-volatile. It is about a glass bottle that swings in all directions and does not fall or break, thanks to its ability to automatically return to an upright position. Prior Art Nowadays, glass bottles are frequently preferred for the preservation of beverages due to their many features such as impermeability to water, moisture, air and heat resistance. The bottoms of these glass bottles used today are produced with a flat structure so that they can stand flat on the ground they are placed on. Although the edges of the bases of some glass bottles are designed to be oval to look aesthetically pleasing, the middle part of the bases of these bottles is also flat. Since these glass bottles used today stand static on the ground on which they are positioned, they can be knocked over and broken by the forces acting on them (forces caused by people hitting them with their hands while standing on shelves, tables, etc., oscillations caused by the road during transportation). While glass bottles falling and breaking in this way cause various accidents due to the fact that glass is a sharp substance (such as employees cutting their hands while collecting broken glass), cleaning up the spilled beverage also causes unnecessary labor losses. Again, since these glass bottles used today stand static on the ground on which they are positioned, they are only grasped and lifted by the user when the liquid/beverage inside is desired to be spilled, and then they are put back in place, and other than that, they do not create any interaction with the user. Purpose of the Invention The purpose of this invention is to ensure that the glass bottles that preserve the beverages do not topple over despite side impacts, such as shaking, and can automatically return to their required upright position. The purpose of this invention is to ensure that beverages are stored safely throughout the entire process, from production to consumption, such as transportation, storage, sales/shelf process, and end-user process, by preventing the glass bottles that preserve beverages from tipping over. The purpose of this invention is to prevent problems such as glass bottles breaking and causing various accidents due to their cutting properties, and unnecessary labor losses arising to clean up spilled beverages, by preventing the glass bottles that preserve the beverages from tipping over. The center of gravity (A) of the product is positioned on the central axis of the hemispherical shape in the section where the glass lower body (1) is located. In the product subject to the invention, there is a beverage container (2) in the section above the lower body (1). The desired beverage is placed in the beverage container (2) and stored. In the product subject to the invention, the hemispherical lower body (1) is completely filled (full) inside, that is, it is completely gapless up to the part where the beverage reservoir (2) is located, and the upper side where the beverage container (2) is located is thin-walled due to the space created by the beverage container (2). Therefore, the center of gravity (A) of the glass bottle (C) is ensured to remain within the solid part of the lower body (1), and by making the necessary calculations, the center of gravity (A) can be positioned at the right place in the lower body (1). In this way, the glass bottle (C) that is the subject of the invention can act as if it were not affected. The product of the invention contains a lid (3) that covers the mouth of the beverage container (2) to prevent the beverage from spilling. The cover (3) can be produced from cork or wood, or a composite material containing cork and wood, or from different materials upon request. Thanks to the lid (3), the beverage placed in the beverage container is prevented from spilling. The product of the invention contains a cylindrical neck part (4) so that users can grasp it with one hand and lift it easily. Since the center of gravity (A) is calculated according to volume and dimensions and positioned on the central axis of the hemispherical shape in the section where the glass lower body (1) is located, the glass bottle (C) tends to topple over when it is hit for any reason, but it does not topple over and automatically returns to its required upright position. In this way, the glass bottle (C) is prevented from tipping over and breaking and the beverage inside from spilling. The invention also offers an entertaining use to the users with its mobile structure, which can be described as dancing, as it bends in different directions and reaches an upright position without falling over after the applied force. If desired, a compass (5) can be placed on the upper part of the cover (3) in the product subject to the invention. Thanks to this compass (5), the interaction between the invention and the user can be increased by allowing users to use the invention as a directional tool. Since the invention surface has a slightly inclined and conical structure, printing or labels can be applied to the front surface. How the Invention is Applied to Industry The invention described above, which provides a successful solution to the known state of the art, can be produced by inflating glass material in a mold, like other beverage bottles.
