TARIFNAME PISIRM EIHASLAMA KABINDA YAPILAN MA TEKNIK ALAN Bulus, yumurta basta olmak üzere patates, kabak, havuç, yesil fasulye olmak üzere farkli türden gidalarin pisirme/haslama isleminde kullanilan kap ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle, yumurta basta olmak üzere patates, kabak, havuç, yesil fasulye olmak üzere farkli türden gidalarin pisirme/haslama isleminde kullanilan kap içerisindeki gidalar çikarilmadan haslama/pisirme suyunun kap içerisinden süzülmesini ve gidanin direkt olarak servis isleminin gerçeklestirilmesini saglamak üzere gelistirilen; - içerisine pisirilecek/haslanacak gidalarin suyla birlikte konumlandirildigi kulp ve ülüge sahip kabin üst yan bölümünde olusturulan mentese, - kabin yan bölümünde olusturulmus menteseye, yan bölümünde olusturulan menteseye hizalanmak ve pim geçirilmek suretiyle açilip/kapanir yapida irtibati saglanan, pisirme/haslama isleminde kap içerisindeki suyun disa tasmasini ayni zamanda pisirme/haslama islemi sonrasinda kullanicinin kulpla birlikte mentesenin karsi bölümünde bulunan kilit tutamagindan tutularak kabi çevirmesiyle birlikte gidalar kap içerisinden çikarilmaksizin haslama/pisirme suyunun süzülmesini saglayan delikli yapida süzgeç ile ONCEKI TEKNIK Günümüzde, yumurta basta olmak üzere patates, kabak, havuç, yesil fasulye olmak üzere farkli türden gidalarin pisirme/haslama isleminde kulp ve ülüge sahip kaplar kullanilmaktadir. Gidalarin pisirme/haslama isleminde, kap içerisine su ile birlikte gidalar konumlandirilmakta ve kap ocak 'üzerine yerlestirilmektedir. Ocak 'üzerinde gerçeklesen pisme/haslama islemi esnasinda kap içerisinde bulunan su tasabilmektedir. Bu durumu engellemek için kap 'üzerine harici bir kapak kapatilmaktadir. Pisme/haslama islemi sonrasinda kullanici tarafindan kap ocaktan alinmakta, harici bir süzme elemani kabin 'üzerine kapatilarak kaptaki pisirme/haslama suyu bosaltilmaktadir. Bu asamada kisinin eli oldukça fazla sicakliga sahip pisirme/haslama suyu yada pisirilen haslanan gidayla temas ederek kisinin yaralanmasi durumuyla karsi karsiya kalinabilmektedir. Sonuç olarak teknigin bilinen durumunda karsilasilan ve yukarida anlatilan olumsuzluklardan dolayi ilgili teknik alanda gelistirme yapilmasi gerekliligi ortaya çikmaktadir. BULUSUN AMACI Onceki teknikte var olan olumsuzluklardan dolayi bulus, anlatilan tilim olumsuzluklari çözmeyi amaçlamaktadir. Bulusun amaci, yumurta basta olmak üzere patates, kabak, havuç, yesil fasulye olmak üzere farkli türden gidalarin pisirme/haslama isleminde kullanilan kap içerisindeki gidalar çikarilmadan haslama/pisirme suyunun kap içerisinden süzülmesini ve gidanin direkt olarak servis isleminin gerçeklestirilmesini saglamak - içerisine pisirilecek/haslanacak gidalarin suyla birlikte konumlandirildigi kulp ve ülüge sahip kabin üst yan bölümünde mentese olusturulmasinin, - kabin yan bölümünde olusturulmus menteseye, yan bölümünde olusturulan menteseye hizalanmak ve pim geçirilmek suretiyle açilip/kapanir yapida irtibati saglanan, pisirme/haslama isleminde kap içerisindeki suyun disa tasmasini ayni zamanda pisirme/haslama islemi sonrasinda kullanicinin kulpla birlikte mentesenin karsi bölümünde bulunan kilit tutamagindan tutularak kabi çevirmesiyle birlikte gidalar kap içerisinden çikarilmaksizin haslama/pisirme suyunun süzülmesini saglayan delikli yapida süzgeç olusturulmasinin saglanmasidir. Gida pisirme/haslama isleminde kullanilan kap üzerine irtibatlandirilan bulusa konu süzgeç sayesinde, gida pisirme/haslama isleminde kap içerisinden herhangi bir sekilde tasma islemi olusmamakta, ayni zamanda kisinin eli yanmaksizin, kap içerisinden pisirilen/haslanan gidalar kap içerisinden alinmadan su bosaltilarak gidaya ulasma/servis etme islemi güvenli bir sekilde yapilabilmektedir. Kap (10) içerisindeki gidalar çikarilmadan haslama/pisirme suyunun süzülmesini ve gidanin direkt olarak servis isleminin gerçeklestirilmesini saglamak üzere yapilan gelistirmede; - sekil 2 ve 3 te görüldügü üzere içerisine pisirilecek/haslanacak gidalarin suyla birlikte konumlandirildigi kabin (10) üretim asamasinda kulp (11) ve ülük (12) harici kulpun (11) oldugu bölümün karsisina gelecek sekilde bulusa konu mentese (22) olusturulmustur. Sekil 1, 2, 4 ve 5 te görüldügü üzere kapta (10) olusturulan menteseye (22) irtibatlandirilacak olan bulusa konu süzgeç (20) üretilmektedir. Süzgeç (20) genel olarak kabin (10) üst bölümünü kapatacak sekilde delikli bir yapida olup, kulpla (11) ayni bölümde olacak sekilde bir yanda kilit tutamagi (21), diger yanda da mentese (22) bulunmaktadir. Kilit tutamagi (21), süzgecin (20) tutularak kap (10) üzerine dogru pim (23) ekseninde açilmasini, ayni zamanda süzme islemi esnasinda süzgecin (20) tutularak kap (10) üzerinde sabit konumda kalmasini saglamaktadir. Kabin (10) üretim islemi sonrasinda kapta (10) bulunan mentese (22) ve üzerinde bulunan mentese (22) hizalanmakta, hizalanan menteseye (22), pim (23) geçirilerek bulusa konu süzgeç (20) kap (10) üzerine irtibatlandirilmaktadir. Bulusa konu süzgeoe (20) sahip kabin (10) kullanim asamasinda 'oncelikle kullanici sekil 5 te görüldügü gibi süzgeci (20) pim (23) ekseninde süzgeci (20) kaldirmaktadir. Devaminda kap (10) içerisine pisirilecek/haslanacak gida ile birlikte su ekleyerek, süzgeci (20) tekrar pim (23) ekseninde hareket ettirerek sekil 1 de yerlesti rilmektedir. Pisme/haslama islemi esnasinda kapali durumdaki süzgeçten (20) dolayi herhangi bir tasma olusmamaktadir. Pisme/haslama islemi sonrasinda kullanici ocagi kapatmaktadir. Devaminda kullanici tarafindan kulpla (11) birlikte mentesenin (22) karsi bölümünde bulunan kilit tutamagindan (21) tutularak bulusa konu süzgeç (20) açilmadan kap (10) ters çevrilmektedir. Bu sekilde süzgeç (20) kap içerisindeki gidalari (tutmakta iken, ülükten (12) ve süzgeçten (20) kap (10) içerisindeki su bosaltilmaktadir. Suyun kap (10) içerisinden bosaltilmasi sonrasinda kisi, süzgeci (20) kilit tutamagindan (21) tutarak pim (23) ekseninde yukari dogru hareket ettirerek açmaktadir. Bu islem sonrasinda pisirilen/haslanan gidalar kap (10) içerisinden alinarak direkt servis edilebilmektedir. The invention is particularly related to a device developed to allow the boiling/cooking water to be drained from the container without removing the food inside the container used in the cooking/boiling process of different types of foods such as eggs, potatoes, zucchini, carrots, green beans and to allow the food to be served directly; - a hinge formed on the upper side section of the container with a handle and a spout where the food to be cooked/boiled is positioned with water, - a perforated strainer that allows the water in the container to overflow during the cooking/boiling process and also allows the boiling/cooking water to drain without the food being removed from the container when the user holds the locking handle located on the opposite side of the hinge together with the handle after the cooking/boiling process. PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE Today, containers with handles and spouts are used in the cooking/boiling process of different types of foods, primarily eggs, but also potatoes, zucchini, carrots and green beans. In the cooking/boiling process of foods, the food is placed in a container with water and the container is placed on the stove. During the cooking/boiling process on the stove, the water in the container may overflow. In order to prevent this situation, an external lid is closed on the container. After the cooking/boiling process, the user takes the container off the stove and an external filter element is closed on the cabinet and the cooking/boiling water in the container is drained. At this stage, the person's hand may come into contact with the very hot cooking/boiling water or the cooked boiled food, which may cause injury. As a result, due to the negativities encountered in the known state of the technique and explained above, it is necessary to make developments in the relevant technical field. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION Due to the drawbacks existing in the prior art, the invention aims to solve the described drawbacks. The purpose of the invention is to ensure that the cooking/boiling process of different types of foods, primarily eggs, potatoes, zucchini, carrots, green beans, allows the cooking/boiling water to drain from the container without removing the food inside and to serve the food directly. - Creating a hinge on the upper side section of the cabinet with a handle and a trough where the food to be cooked/boiled is positioned with water, - Aligning the hinge formed on the side section of the cabinet with the hinge formed on the side section and connecting it in an opening/closing structure by inserting a pin, preventing the water in the container from overflowing during the cooking/boiling process and at the same time, after the cooking/boiling process, the user turns the container by holding the locking handle located on the opposite side of the hinge together with the handle, without removing the food from the container. is to provide a perforated strainer that allows the boiling/cooking water to drain. Thanks to the inventive strainer connected to the container used in the cooking/boiling process of food, no overflow occurs from the container during the cooking/boiling process of food, at the same time, the food can be reached/served safely by draining the water without taking the cooked/boiled food out of the container without burning the person's hand. Pin DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Figure 1 shows a representative view of the cabin (10) with the strainer (20) which is the subject of the invention and which is used in the cooking/boiling process of different types of foods such as eggs, potatoes, zucchini, carrots, green beans. The strainer (20) generally has a perforated structure that will close the upper section of the cabin (10), and there is a locking handle (21) on one side and a hinge (22) on the other side in the same section as the handle (11). The locking handle (21) ensures that the filter (20) is held and opened on the pin (23) axis towards the container (10), and at the same time, during the filtering process, the filter (20) is held and remains in a fixed position on the container (10). After the production process of the cabin (10), the hinge (22) on the container (10) and the hinge (22) on it are aligned, the pin (23) is passed to the aligned hinge (22) and the filter (20) in question is connected to the container (10). During the use phase of the cabin (10) with the filter (20) in question, firstly the user lifts the filter (20) on the pin (23) axis as seen in Figure 5. Afterwards, water is added into the container (10) together with the food to be cooked/boiled, and the strainer (20) is placed in the pin (23) axis as shown in figure 1 by moving it again. During the cooking/boiling process, no overflow occurs due to the strainer (20) being closed. After the cooking/boiling process, the user turns off the stove. Afterwards, the user holds the locking handle (21) located on the opposite side of the hinge (22) together with the handle (11) and turns the container (10) upside down without opening the strainer (20) which is the subject of the invention. In this way, while the strainer (20) is holding the food in the container, the water in the container (10) is drained from the spout (12) and strainer (20). After the water is drained from the container (10), the person opens the strainer (20) by holding the lock handle (21) and moving it upwards on the pin (23) axis.
