Abstract
Buluş, toz haldeki kömür ve nem ihtiva eden maden ve her türlü organik maddelerin oksijensiz ortamda karbonlaştırarak kurutulmasını sağlayan bir kurutma ünitesi (100) olup, özelliği; bahsedilen reaktörün (200) oluşturduğu sıcak havanın nakil edildiği fırın iç hacime (1012) sahip kurutma dış gövdesi (101), bahsedilen hareketli kurutma dış gövdenin (101) içinde yapılandırılmış, toz haldeki organik, maden ve maddelerin yapışmasını engelleyen ve ilerlemesini sağlayan döner hareket ederek içindeki kesici ve açılı paletleri haiz parçalayıcı rotor (140) ve bahsedilen fırın iç hacimdeki (1012) sıcak havayı emen en az bir emiş fanı (118) içermesidir.
