Buluş, eleme makinesi ve taş ayırma makinesinin birleştirilmesinden meydana gelen, tek gövdeli kombi taş ayırma makinesi ile ilgilidir. (Şekil ? 1)The invention relates to a single body combi descaling machine, which consists of combining the sieving machine and destoner machine. (Figure 1)

Description

TARIFNAME KOMBI TAS AYIRMA MAKINESI Teknik Alan Bulus, eleme makinesi ve tas ayirma makinesinin birlestirilmesinden meydana gelen, tek gövdeli kombi tas ayirma makinesi ile ilgilidir. Bulusun Altyapisi Tas ayirma makineleri, farkli özgül agirliktaki taneleri birbirinden ayirma isleminde kullanilmaktadir. Fiziksel özellikleri birbirinden farkli olan taneler arasinda hassas bir sekilde ayristirma islemi yapilabilmektedir. Ürünlerin üzerinde bulundugu elek sacinin altindan verilecek olan hava yardimiyla özgül agirligi düsük olan ürünler üst tabakaya çikarken, özgül agirligi daha fazla olan ürünler ise alt tabakada ve elek üzerinde kalmaktadir. Egim açisina sahip elegin yaptigi hareket ile birlikte agir olan ürünler elegin üzerinde yokus tirmanirken, hafif olan ürünler ise egimde yokus asagi hareket etmektedirler. Bu sekilde; özgül agirlik farkina sahip taneler egimli elek sacinin iki ucundan alinacak sekilde ayristirma islemi gerçeklestirilebilir. Tas ayirma makinelerinde tas, cam, toprak, kum veya farkli özgül agirliga sahip yabanci tohumlar gibi tohumdan agir taneler ayristirilabilir. Eleme makineleri ise ürünlerin yatay düzlemde yüksek kapasitede kolay bir sekilde tasinmasini saglar. Bir elektrik motoru ve eksantrik sistemle tahrik edilen gövde, askilar yardimiyla eksantrik harekete yardimci olarak ürünlerin sabit oranda aralikli beslenmesinde görev alir. Içerisinde bulunan ürünün tamamini tahliye ederek kendini temizleme özelligine sahiptir. Kisa mesafeler içerisinde; hassas ve içerisine baska ürün karismamasi gereken ürünlerin tasinmasinda etkin bir sekilde kullanilabilmektedir. Günümüzde kullanilan tas ayirma makinelerinde, sisteme eleme islemi için gerekli hareketi veren bir adet eksantrik motoru veya iki adet vibro motor, havalandirma sistemini çalistiran iki adet fan motoru, bir adet elek açisini ayarlamak için kullanilan motor olmak üzere dört veya bes elektrik motoruyla çalismaktadir. Fazla sayida motor kullanimi, makinenin ilk üretim maliyetini olumsuz yönde etkilemekte ve sistemin komplike hale gelmesine sebep olmaktadir. Mevcut uygulamalarda kullanilan tesislerde, eleme makineleri ve tas ayirma makineleri tesisin içerisinde ayri konumlardadir. Ürünler tas makinesine ve eleme makinesine beslenmek istenildiginde, iki makine arasinda tasima görevi görecek yardimci makinelere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadir. Elevatör, konveyör gibi tasima makinelerinin fazladan kullanilmasi; elektrik, zaman ve maliyet açisindan olumsuz bir etki yaratmaktadir. Eleme makinesinin tas makinesiyle art arda çalistirildigi durumlarda ise; ürün aktarimini saglayabilmek için eleme makinesinin tas makinesi yüksekliginde çalistirilmasi gerekmektedir. Bu durum, yerden tasarruf edilememesine sebep olmaktadir. Ayrica eleme makinesinin yükseltilmesi, ekstra bir platform ihtiyaci dogurmakta ve ilk üretim maliyetini ve süresini artirmaktadir. Literatürde TR 2019 15184 numarali patent basvurusunda konu ile ilgili olarak "Bulus; hasat edilen bakliyat, kuruyemis, tohum olmak üzere farkli türden ürünler içerisinde bulunan tas, toprak toz veya hafif taneli yabanci maddelerden temizleme isleminde kullanilan tas ayirma makinesi ile ilgili olup, özelligi; tas ayirma makinesinin, kullanim kolayligi saglanarak, hassas bir sekilde yüksek verimde ve uzun ömürlü olarak çalismasini saglamak üzere gelistirilen; ürün giris havuzu, aspiratör mekanizmasi, eksantrik mekanizmasi ve kriko mekanizmasi ile ilgilidir." ifadelerine yer verilmektedir. Bahsedilen basvuruda, tas ayirma makinesi ifsa edilmektedir. Yine literatürde TR 2006 03455 numarali faydali model basvurusunda konu ile ilgili olarak "Bulus, makine gövdesi üzerinde olusturulmus kasa boslugunda konumlandirilan bir kasa bahsedilen makine gövdesine alttan belli bir egim kazandirilmasi için yükseklik ayar tertibati içeren bugday, pirinç, mercimek, nohut ve benzeri tahillarin ayiklanmasi için bir tas ayiklama ve çöp sasörü makinasi olup, bahsedilen kasanin kasa bosluguna baglanti elemani kullanilmasina gerek kalinmaksizin sabitlenmesi için bir ait kayit, bahsedilen ait kayit üzerinde olusturulmus ve bir egim içeren en az bir ait kayit yatagi, bahsedilen alt kayidi sürekli kendine dogru çeken bir yay ile ilgilidir." ifadelerine yer verilmektedir. Bahsedilen basvuruda da bir tas ayirma makinesine yer verilmektedir. Yukarida bahsedilen sebeplerden dolayi yeni bir kombi tas ayirma makinesine ihtiyaç duyulmustur. Bulusun Açiklanmasi Teknigin bu konumundan yola çikilarak bulusun amaci, mevcut dezavantajlari ortadan kaldiran yeni bir kombi tas ayirma makinesi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, eleme makinesini ve tas ayirma makinesini tek bir gövde üzerinde birlestirerek kompakt bir yapi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, kendi kendisini tamamen temizleme özelligine sahip bir yapi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amacii ürünlerin lineer hareketi esnasinda farkli boylarda eleme islemi gerçeklestirebilen bir yapi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, eleme isleminin yani sira toz alma, ürün kabasini alma ve boylama islemleri gibi islemleri modüler bir sekilde yapilabilen bir yapi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, ürünün makineye beslenmesi esnasinda ve eleme islemi sirasinda iki bölümden hava emisi gerçeklestiren, bu sayede ürünün ilk döküldügü esnada havaya karisan ve devaminda eleme islemi esnasinda havaya karisan toz ve kabuk gibi yabanci maddeleri asil üründen ayristirilabilen bir yapi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, tas ayirma hassasiyeti için gerekli olan elek açi ayari istenilen ölçüye getirilebilen bir yapi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, eleme bölümünün altina yerlestirilmis olan aspiratör sayesinde tas ayirma bölümünde gerekli olan hava sirkülasyonu saglanmis, bunlara ek olarak gövdenin sonu olan tas ayirma bölümünde ek bir toz alma islemi daha gerçeklestiren bir yapi ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, iki ayri eksantrik sistemi yerine, tas ayirma sisteminin frekansina sahip tek bir eksantrik sistem içeren bir yapi ortaya koymaktir. Hasat sonrasinda elde edilen ürün, içerisinde toprak, toz, tas, sap gibi yabanci maddeler barindirmaktadir. Bahsedilen kombi tas ayirma makinesi (1), yabanci maddelerin içerisine karismis oldugu üründen toz, kabuk ve diger yabanci maddeleri ayristirarak nihai ürün olarak temiz ürün elde etmektedir. Ürün beslendigi esnada, hava emis sistemi devreye girerek, ürün giris hava emis sisteminin (1-2) iki yanindaki havalandirma borulari araciligiyla ilk döküste havaya karisan toz ve kabuklari sistemden çekerek temizlemektedir. Daha sonra ürün, eleme bölümü (1-1) içerisinde bulunan elek saci (1-1-1) üzerinde harekete baslamaktadir. Bu hareket; elektrik motoru (1-6) tarafindan tahrik edilen eksantrik sistemi (1-4) tarafindan olusturulmaktadir. Eleme bölümü (1-1), eksantrik sisteme (1-4) baglidir ve sulu bant aski plakalari (1-5) üzerinde askiya alinmaktadir. Bahsedilen eksantrik sistemin (1-4) hareketi ile birlikte, eleme bölümünün (1-1) gövdesi aski üzerinde hareket etmektedir. Bu hareketle birlikte, ürün istenildigi takdirde farkli gözenek ölçülerinde, istenildigi takdirde de ayni gözenek ölçülerindeki elek saçlari (1- 1-1) üzerinde hareketine baslamaktadir. Bu esnada, elek saci (1-1-1) altinda yer alan top sehpasi (1-1-2) içerisindeki kauçuk toplar, tikanan elekleri temizleyerek daha verimli bir eleme prosesi gerçeklestirilmesine yardimci olmaktadir. Eleme bölümünde (1-1) iki farkli tipte elek kullanilabilmektedir. Böylece, ilk elegin altinda kalan ürünler elek alti ilk çikis olugundan (1-1-3) disari alinirken, kalan ürün ikinci elek üzerinde harekete devam eder. Ikinci elek saci (1-1-1) üzerinde ise, ürünün tahliyesi için çikis çesitlendirilmesi yapilabilmektedir. Istege bagli olarak ikinci elek saci (1-1-1) üzerinde kalan son ürün, elek üstü yan çikis olugu (1-1-6) açik tutularak yan taraftan disari alinip, elek altindaki ürünler tas ayirma bölümüne (1-9) beslenebilmektedir. Tam tersi durum tercih edildiginde, elek üstü yan çikis olugu (1-1-6) bir flansla kapatilarak ürünün öne akisini engelleyen flans sökülmektedir. Ayni zamanda, elek altindaki ürünün çikisini saglayan elek alti ikinci çikis olugu (1-1-4) açilarak, elek üstündeki ürünlerin eleme bölümü ürün çikis olugundan (1-1-5) tas ayirma bölümüne (1-9) tahliyesi saglanmaktadir. Tas ayirma bölümüne (1-9) giris yapan ürün; eleme bölümü ürün çikis olugundan (1- 1-5) tas ayirma elek saci üzerine (1-9-1) beslenmektedir. Tas ayirma bölümü (1-9), eleme bölümüne (1-1) civatalarla baglanarak tek gövde haline getirilmektedir. Bahsedilen eksantrik sisteminin (1-4) yapmis oldugu hareketle tas ayirma bölümü (1- 9) de hareket etmekte, bu esnada aspiratör (1-7) tarafindan verilen hava, hava ayar klapelerinden (1-8) geçerek tas ayirma elek sacinin (1-9-1) altindan tas ayirma bölümünde bulunan ürüne nüfuz etmektedir. Hava ayar klapelerinin (1-8) eklenmesiyle birlikte; ürünün döküldügü bölüme odaklamis havalandirma yapilabilmekte, degisen açi ayarlarinda ise tas ayirma elek sacina (1-9-1) dik gelecek sekilde hava ayari yapilabilmektedir.
