Mevcut diger uygulamalarda, folyonun bardaga yapistirildigi alanda dik ve konik bir ortam oldugu için kuvvetli ve mukavim bir yapistirma saglanamamaktadir. Dolayisiyla bardakta hava alma, potlasma, patlama, yirtilma gibi durumlar meydana gelmektedir. Konu ile ilgili yapilan arastirma sonucunda, 2020/12818 numarali kullan at gida tüketim bardagi baslikli bir basvuruya rastlanilmistir. Basvuru, toz veya sivi halde bulunan gida maddelerinin iSiSi ürüne göre degisen Sivi eklenmesi ile içilebilen veya yenebilen gidalar için tek kullanimlik PP veya plastik türevi malzemelerden üretilen bardaklar kaplar ile ilgilidir. Basvuru konusu filtre ve folyo gibi elemanlari içermemektedir. Konu ile ilgili yapilan arastirma sonucunda, 2019/05564 numarali haznesiz kullan at bardak baslikli bir basvuruya rastlanilmistir. Basvuru, plastik, karton malzemelerle üretilen bardaklarin içerisine toz veya konsantre ürünlerin hammaddelerinin konulmasi, isisi koyulacak ürününe göre degisen isilarda su veya sivi ile birlestirildiginde içime hazir hale gelen haznesiz kullan at bardak ile ilgilidir.
