Buluş bir elektrikli araç şarj sistemi olup, en genel haliyle; bir elektrikli aracın (3) şarj edilmesi için en az bir batarya grubu (2) içeren ve bahsi geçen batarya grubunun (2), elektrikli aracın (3) ve kendisinin şarj edilmesini sağlayan, birden fazla katlanabilir güneş paneli (5) ve şarj işlemlerinin kontrol edilmesi için bir kontrolcü ve bir batarya yönetim modülünü (11) haiz bir kontrol sistemi içeren bir elektrikli şarj aracı (1), batarya grubunun (2), elektrikli şarj aracının (1) ve elektrikli aracın (3) şarj edilmesini sağlayan en az bir güneş enerjisi santrali (13) ve kullanıcıların elektrikli şarj aracı (1) ile bağlantı kurmasını, şarj işlemlerinin kontrol ve takip edilmesini ve kullanıcının ödeme yapmasını sağlayan bir uygulama içeren bir terminal (12) içermektedir.
