Abstract

Buluş, uzun zincirli mono ve digliserit karışımları kullanılarak bosentan monohidrat (BOS) içeren sıvı kendiliğinden nanoemülsifiye ilaç taşıyıcı sistemlerin (SNEDDS) formülasyonlarının hazırlanması, optimizasyonu ve karakterizasyonları ile ilgilidir. BOS içeren sıvı SNEDDS, Gliseril monolinoleat (Maisine®) - Polioksil 40 hidrojene hint yağı (Cremophor®RH 40) - Kaprilokaproil polioksil-8 gliseritleri (Labrasol®) ve Gliseril monooleat (Peceol®) - Polioksil 40 hidrojene hint yağı (Cremophor®RH 40) - Kaprilokaproil polioksil-8 gliseritleri (Labrasol®)’nin belirli oranlarından oluşmuş ve sistemler su ile titrasyon yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir.
