Akomodatif göz içi lens olup, optik sıvı kamarası (24) ve optik eksenden (OA) oluşan bir optik bölüm (12) içermesi, optik sıvı kamarasıyla (24) sıvı iletimi içinde olan bir haptik sıvı kamarası (22) içeren bir haptik (14) içermesi ve haptikin (14) proksimal ucu (17) optik bölüme (12) bağlıyken kapalı distal ucunun (19) proksimal uçtan (17) uzak olması, haptikin (14) kapsüler torbaya bağlı olması ve deforme olabilen yapısıyla haptik sıvı kamarası (22) ile optik sıvı kamarası (24) arasında sıvı taşıyarak akomodatif göz içi lensin optik parametresini değiştirmesi, haptikin (14) kapsüler torbaya bağlanacak şekilde düzenlenen bir bölümünde, haptikin (14) ön-arka yönde uzanan bir düzlemde ilk kesitinin (A-A) olması ve haptikin (14) dış yüzeyinin ilk konfigürasyonunun olduğu optik eksen (OA), ön-arka yönde uzanan bir düzlemde ikinci bir kesitinin (C-C) olması ve haptikin (14) dış yüzeyinin ilk konfigürasyonda farklı bir ikinci konfigürasyonda optik eksen (OA) içermesi, ikinci kesitin (CC) ilk kesitle (A-A) haptikin (14) proksimal ucu (17) arasında bulunması, ikinci kesitte (C-C) haptikin (14) ilk kesite (A-A) göre optik bölümden (12) daha uzakta bulunarak ikinci kesitte (C-C) erişim yolu (23) sağlaması, olup özelliği; ilk kesitte (A-A) haptikin (14) radyal iç bölümünün (40) ilk kalınlığının (41) optik eksene göre radyal yönde ölçülmesi ve ikinci kesitte (C-C) haptikin (14) radyal iç bölümünün (40) ikinci kalınlığının optik eksene (OA) göre radyal yönde ölçülmesi ve ikinci kalınlığın ilk kalınlıktan daha küçük olması ve ayrıca ilk kesitte (A-A) haptikin (14) optik bölümün (12) periferisinde doğrudan bitişik olmasıdır.
