Abstract
Description
プティックは、オプティックの周辺の周囲約45度あるいはそれより小さい角度で延在する箇所でオプティックに固定され得る。
眼内レンズとの間のサイズの不一致あるいは嚢袋の治癒反応からの、非毛様体筋が関連する嚢の力である。本願明細書に記述されるような半径方向の力は、嚢の再形成と、毛様体筋の収縮と弛緩とに起因し、調節性眼内レンズの調節をもたらす嚢の力とである。それゆえ本願明細書における調節性眼内レンズは、前後方向の力に対してよりも、半径方向の力に対してより敏感であると見なされ、それゆえ調節性眼内レンズの光学パワーは、前後方向の力に応じてよりも、半径方向の力に応じて、より変化するであろう。
流体室22は、後部要素20内に形成された2つの開孔部26を介して、オプティック流体室24と流体連通して示されている。図1Cで右側のハプティック14は、示された開孔部からほぼ180度で後部要素内に形成された(図示されず)、2つのさらなる開孔部を介して、オプティック流体室24と流体連通している。
14は、第1端部領域17に、ハプティックとの流体連通をもたらす開口部15も含む。この実施形態においては、開口部15は、その中にオプティック部12のバットレス部29を受容するように寸法づけられかつ構成される。

Claims (20)
- オプティック流体室を備えるオプティック部と、
該オプティック部に固定されかつ該オプティック部から周辺に延びるハプティックであって、該ハプティックは、複数の流体路を通って前記オプティック流体室と流体連通するハプティック流体室を備えるハプティックと
を備える調節性眼内レンズであって、
前記ハプティックは、嚢袋をはめ込むよう適合され、かつ調節性眼内レンズの光学パラメータを変えるために、前記ハプティック流体室と前記オプティック流体室との間で流体を動かす毛様体筋の動きによる嚢の再形成に応じて変形する、調節性眼内レンズ。 - 前記ハプティックは、前記オプティックの周辺の周囲180度より小さい角度で延在する箇所で該オプティックに固定される、請求項1に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記ハプティックは、前記オプティックの周辺の周囲90度より小さい角度で延在する箇所で該オプティックに固定される、請求項2に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記ハプティックは、前記オプティックの周辺の周囲約45度あるいはそれより小さい角度で延在する箇所で該オプティックに固定される、請求項2に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記オプティック部は、中に複数の流路が形成されているバットレス部を備える、請求項1に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記ハプティックは、前記ハプティック流体室と流体連通するバットレス開口部を備え、該バットレス開口部は、その中に前記バットレス部を受容する大きさでありかつそのように構成されている、請求項5に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- オプティック流体室を備えるオプティック部と、
前記オプティック流体室と流体連通する周辺流体室を有する周辺非オプティック部であって、該周辺非オプティック部は、嚢袋をはめ込むよう適合され、かつ調節性眼内レンズの光学パラメータを変えるために、前記周辺流体室と前記オプティック流体室との間で流体を動かす毛様体筋の動きによる嚢の再形成に応じて変形する周辺非オプティック部と
を備える調節性眼内レンズであって、
前後方向に延在する平面での前記周辺非オプティック部の断面において、前記周辺部の半径方向内側本体部は、前記周辺部の幅の約半分の厚さを有する、調節性眼内レンズ。 - 前記半径方向内側本体部は、前記周辺部の半径方向外側本体部の少なくとも2倍の厚さを有する、請求項7に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記半径方向内側本体部は、前記周辺部の半径方向外側本体部の少なくとも3倍の厚さを有する、請求項8に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 断面図において前記流体室の構造は、実質的にD字型である、請求項7に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- オプティック流体室を備えるオプティック部と、
前記オプティック流体室と流体連通する周辺流体室を有する周辺非オプティック部であって、該周辺非オプティック部は、嚢袋をはめ込むよう適合され、かつ調節性眼内レンズの光学パラメータを変えるために、前記周辺流体室と前記オプティック流体室との間で流
体を動かす毛様体筋の動きによる嚢の再形成に応じて変形する周辺非オプティック部と

嚢袋をはめ込むよう適合された前記周辺非オプティック部の領域において、前記周辺部は、前記ハプティックの外面が第1構造を有する前後方向に延在する平面で第1断面を有し、前記ハプティックの外面が前記第1構造とは異なる第2構造を有する前後方向に延在する平面で第2断面を有する、調節性眼内レンズ。 - 前記第1断面は、一般的に楕円形の構造を有する外面を有する、請求項11に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1断面は、一般的なD字型の構造を有する外面を有する、請求項11に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1断面は、半径方向内側部が半径方向外側部よりも直線的になっている外面を有する、請求項11に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1断面において前記周辺流体室は第1流体室構造を有し、前記第2断面において前記周辺流体室は、前記第1流体室構造とほぼ同じである第2流体室構造を有する、請求項11に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1流体室構造と前記第2流体室構造とは、半径方向外側面よりも直線的な半径方向内側面を有する、請求項15に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1流体室構造と前記第2流体室構造とは、実質的にD字型である、請求項15に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1断面において前記周辺部は、半径方向外側部よりも厚さが大きい半径方向内側本体部を有する、請求項11に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1断面において前記周辺部は、前記半径方向外側部より少なくとも2倍厚い半径方向内側本体部を有する、請求項18に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
