Abstract
Buluş, LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas-Sıvılaştırılmış Petrol Gazı) kullanan araç depolarında zaman içerisinde meydana gelen kirin ve bundan kaynaklı randıman düşüklüğünün önlenmesi amacıyla LPG deposuna katkı maddesi konulması için geliştirilmiş şişe ve aparat sistemi olup, ana gövde-1 (3), ana gövde (2) ve propan katkı şişesi (1) olmak üzere üç ana parçadan meydana gelmektedir. TARIFNAME ARAÇ LPG DEPOSUNA KATKI MADDESI KONULMASI IÇIN SISE VE ENJEKSIYON APARAT SISTEMI Bulus, LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas-Sivilastirilmis Petrol Gazi) kullanan araç depolarinda ve yakit sisteminde zaman içerisinde meydana gelen kirin ve bundan kaynakli randiman düsüklügünün önlenmesi amaciyla LPG deposuna katki maddesi konulmasi için gelistirilmis sise ve aparat sistemi ile ilgilidir. Türkçesi Sivilastirilmis Petrol Gazi olarak bilinen LPG, bütan ve propan gazlarinin karisimiyla elde edilmektedir. Basinç altinda likit halde saklanan LPG, özellikle 1970 li yillardan sonra baslayan petrol krizinin sonucu olarak alternatif yakit arayisi çabalari sonunda otomobillerde yaygin biçimde kullanilmaya baslanmis ve hem çevreci olmasi hem de ekonomik olmasi sebebiyle kullanimi her geçen gün yayginlasmistir ve yayginlasmaya devam etmektedir. Araçlarda kullanim için, özel olarak gelistirilmis, genellikle silindirik formda, pek çok standart ve testten geçirilmis depolar araçlara monte edilmekte ve LPG bu depolarda saklanmaktadir. Benzin istasyonlarinda yer alan LPG dolum pompalari vasitasiyla, depo bosaldiginda kolaylikla doldurulmaktadir. Bu durumda, sistem temizleyici maddeler depolara konulup temizlik yapilmakta ve aracin eski randimani saglanmaya çalisilmaktadir. Benzinli ve dizel araç depolarindan farkli olarak LPG depolari kapali sistemlerdir ve içerisinde sürekli basinç bulunmaktadir. Bu nedenle, temizleyici solüsyonun LPG deposuna konulmasi fazla zaman almakta, uygulama sirasinda ortaya çikan istenmeyen durumlarin giderilmesi için ciddi maliyetler gerekebilmekte ve kazalar yasanabilmektedir. Bu sorunlarin giderilmesi amaciyla gelistirilmis bulus konusu Enjeksiyon aparati ve PVC ve benzeri malzemeden mamul katki sisesi sayesinde solüsyonun LPG deposuna pratik biçimde ve hiçbir kazaya sebebiyet vermeden aktarilmasi ve sistemin bu sekilde sistemin temizlenmesi saglanmistir. Böylece hem istenmeyen sonuçlar engellenmis hem de pratik biçimde sistemin temizliginin yapilabilmesi saglanmis ve bakim maliyetleri düsürülmüstür. Enjeksiyon aparati ayni zamanda sise olmadan da kullanilabilecek sekilde gelistirilmistir. Söz konusu amaçlara ulasmak için gelistirilmis sise ve aparat sistemi ekli sekillerde gösterilmis olup, sekillerin karsiligi asagida verilmistir: Sekil-1: Içinde solüsyonu ile katki sisesinin perspektif görünümü. Sistem, propan katki sisesi (1) kullanilmadan, koruyucu solüsyonun (5) ana gövde-1 (3) ve ana gövde-2 (2) bilesimiyle olusan sise yuvasina solüsyonun dökülmesi ile de kullanilabilmektedir. Bu durumda propan katki sisesi (1) kullanilmadan sistem çalistirilmaktadir. Temizleme islemini yapan koruyucu solüsyon (5), koruyuculuk görevini yerine getiren farkli hammaddelerden üretilmis olabilir. Her iki ucu delik olan propan katki sisesi (1) tercihen PVC malzemeden mamuldür. Ancak ayni isleri yerine getirecek benzer malzemelerden üretilebilir. Propan katki sisesi (1) koruyucu solüsyona (5) yuvalik yapmaktadir. Propan katki sisesi (1) kullanilmadigi durumda ana gövde-1 (3) ile birlesmesiyle olusan yuvaya direkt olarak koruyucu solüsyon (5) bosaltilmasi ile solüsyona (5) yuvalik yapmaktadir. Ana gövde-1 (3) LPG istasyonlarinda kullanilan standart dolum tabancasidir. ana gövde-2 (2) ile birbirine monte edilerek üzerindeki yuvaya yerlestirilmis olan sabit sise delici (4) ile uç ile delinerek açilan propan katki sisesi (1) içerisindeki solüsyonun aktariminda ve rol oynar ve gazin kaçmasini engeller. Sistemin çalisma prensibi söyledir: Propan katki sisesi (1) kullanilmasi durumunda; içerisine solüsyon doldurulmus propan katki sisesi (1), perçinli, kirilabilir emniyet kapagi (1.1) kirilarak ana gövde-1'e (3) itilerek takilir. Ana gövde-2 (2), ana gövde-1'e (3) takilir ve sikilir. LPG dolum tabancasi, aparatin arkasindaki adaptöre takilir ve gaz verilir. Gaz konduktan sonra adaptör çikarilarak içindeki basinç kaçirilir ve yeniden kullanima hazir olur. Sistemde propan katki sisesi (1) kullanilmasi durumunda ana gövde-1(3) ve ana gövde-2 (2) ayni sekilde birbirine takilir ve olusan sise yuvasi içerisine koruyucu solüsyon (5) bosaltilir ve sistem çalistirilir. TR TR TR TR TR TR TRDESCRIPTION BOTTLE AND INJECTION APPARATUS SYSTEM FOR ADDITIVES TO VEHICLE LPG TANK The invention relates to a bottle and apparatus system developed for adding additives to LPG tanks in order to prevent dirt and resulting efficiency decreases that occur over time in vehicle tanks and fuel systems using LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas). LPG, known as Liquefied Petroleum Gas in Turkish, is obtained by mixing butane and propane gases. LPG, which is stored in liquid form under pressure, has started to be widely used in automobiles as a result of the oil crisis that started after the 1970s, especially as a result of the alternative fuel search efforts, and its use has become widespread and continues to become widespread day by day due to being both environmentally friendly and economical. For use in vehicles, specially developed, usually cylindrical, tanks that have undergone many standards and tests are mounted on the vehicles and LPG is stored in these tanks. When the tank is empty, it is easily filled by means of LPG filling pumps located at gas stations. Regardless of whether gasoline, diesel or LPG is used, vehicle fuel systems get dirty over time and this reduces the vehicle's efficiency. In this case, system cleaning agents are placed in the tanks and cleaning is done, and the vehicle's old efficiency is tried to be restored. Unlike gasoline and diesel vehicle tanks, LPG tanks are closed systems and there is constant pressure inside. For this reason, it takes a long time to put the cleaning solution into the LPG tank, serious costs may be required to eliminate unwanted situations that arise during application, and accidents may occur. In order to eliminate these problems, thanks to the injection apparatus and additive bottle made of PVC and similar materials, the solution is transferred to the LPG tank practically and without causing any accidents and the system is cleaned in this way. Thus, both undesirable results are prevented and the system can be cleaned practically and maintenance costs are reduced. The injection apparatus is also developed in a way that it can be used without the bottle. The bottle and injection apparatus system for adding additives to the LPG tank of the vehicle in question consists of three main parts: the main body-1 (3) with the fixed bottle piercer (4) placed in the slot on it, the propane additive bottle (1) with holes at both ends, which is placed in the system between the main body-1 (3) and the main body-2 (2) and houses the preservative solution (5), the main body (2) which pierces the propane additive bottle (1) by pressing on it and plays a role in the safe transfer of the solution by remaining between the main body-1 (3) and itself. The system can also be used without using the propane additive bottle (1) by pouring the solution into the bottle housing formed by the main body-1 (3) and main body-2 (2) composition of the preservative solution (5). In this case, the system is operated without using the propane additive bottle (1). The preservative solution (5) that performs the cleaning process may be produced from different raw materials that perform the preservative function. The propane additive bottle (1) with holes at both ends is preferably made of PVC material. However, it can be produced from similar materials that will perform the same functions. The propane additive bottle (1) houses the preservative solution (5). There are one riveted, breakable polyethylene safety cap (1.1), aluminum tightening cap (1.2) and polyethylene sealing foil (1.3) symmetrically placed at both ends of the bottle (1). When the propane additive bottle (1) is not in use, the protective solution (5) is directly emptied into the socket formed by the combination of the main body-1 (3) and the solution (5) becomes a socket. The main body-1 (3) is the standard filling gun used in LPG stations. The fixed bottle piercer (4) placed in the slot on the main body-2 (2) and the propane additive bottle (1) that is opened by piercing with the tip plays a role in the transfer of the solution inside and prevents the gas from escaping. The operating principle of the system is as follows: In case of using the propane additive bottle (1); the propane additive bottle (1) filled with solution is attached to the main body-1 (3) by breaking the riveted, breakable safety cap (1.1). The main body-2 (2) is attached to the main body-1 (3) and tightened. The LPG filling gun is attached to the adapter at the back of the apparatus and gas is supplied. After the gas is added, the adapter is removed and the pressure inside is released and it is ready for use again. If a propane additive bottle (1) is used in the system, the main body-1 (3) and the main body-2 (2) are connected to each other in the same way and the protective solution (5) is poured into the resulting bottle housing and the system is operated.
