Abstract
Sentez gazından etanol üretimine yönelik bir fermantasyon bölgesini çalıştırma yöntemi, bütirijen kontaminasyonunun etkilerini önlemek veya tersine çevirmek amacıyla bir krotonat türevini kullanır. Bu krotonat türevi bileşiği, sentez gazından elde edilen etanol ürününde bütirat ve bütanolden kaynaklanan kontaminasyonu azaltmak veya elimine etmek amacıyla sürekli fermantasyon proseslerinde çalışır.
