Abstract
Mevcut buluş, biyokütlenin hidrotermal karbonizasyonu için bir cihaz ve bir işlem ile ilgilidir, burada biyokütle, su ve en az bir katalizör ile birlikte bir basınç kabında, sıcaklık ve/veya basıncın yükselmesi ile kömür, yağ ve/veya benzeri türde maddelere dönüştürülmektedir. Biyokütlenin hidrotermal karbonizasyonunun, özellikle dönüşüm sürecinin uzunluğu bakımından ve işlemin uygulanmasının türü ve şekli bakımından iyileştirilmesi için, mevcut buluş en az bir kontrol edilebilir giriş açıklığı ve en az bir kontrol edilebilir çıkış açıklığına sahip boru hattı şeklinde yapılandırılmış bir basınç kabına, biyokütle, su ve/veya en az bir katalizörün, en az bir kontrol edilebilir giriş açıklığı üzerinden beslenmesini, basınç kabındaki sıcaklık ve/veya basınç koşullarının, basınç kabına beslenen, biyokütle, su ve katalizörden oluşan dolgu maddesinin, boru hattında taşınacak şekilde kontrol edilmesini, burada biyokütle, su ve katalizörün birbirleriyle tepkimeye girmesini ve dolgu maddesinin en az bir reaksiyon ürününün, en az bir kontrol edilebilir çıkış açıklığından dışarı çıkarılmasını önermektedir.
