Abstract
Kompozit gövdelerin imalatı için bir yöntemde, yöntem aşağıdaki adımlara sahiptir: - tuz tozunun ve/veya metal tozunun ve bağlayıcı madde tozunun ve ayrıca katı, akışkanı geçirmeyen bir taşıyıcı (12) gövdenin temin edilmesi, - tuz tozu ve/veya metal tozu ve bağlayıcı madde tozu karıştırılarak bir toz karışımının elde edilmesi, - taşıyıcı gövdeye (12) toz karışımının yüklenmesi, - toz karışımının yüklendiği taşıyıcı gövdenin bir sinter fırını içerisinde sinterlenmesi veya aksi takdirde temperlenmesi, bu sırada toz karışımının katı, gözenekli, ve akışkanların boydan boya iletilmesi için çok sayıda kanalla teçhiz edilmiş bir kalıp gövdesine (17) katıleşmesi, bu sayede, sürekli olarak birbirine bağlanmış taşıyıcı gövdeden (12) ve kalıp gövdesinden (17) oluşan bir kompozit gövdenin (11) ortaya çıkması.
