Önceki Teknik Bugdayin faydalari eskiden beri bilinmektedir. Anadolu tarihinde hedik adi verilen haslanmis bugday üzerine seker ilave edilerek veya asure adi verilen birçok tahil ürünü ve kuru meyvenin katilarak pisirilmesinden olusan tatlinin yaygin olarak tüketildigi görülmektedir. Fakat bugdayin ve nohudun faydasi hangi formda tüketildigine baglidir. Daha önce kullanilan bu gidalarin hazirlanmasinda seker kullanilmasi saglik açisindan faydali olmamaktadir. Özellikle kepekli gidalar arasinda yer alan bugday Iifleri, manganez demir, kalsiyum, fosfor içerdigini görürüz. Bunun yaninda fosfor kadar potasyum açisindan oldukça zengindir. Göz sagligini da büyük ölçüde koruyan bugday çinko ve E vitaminine sahiptir. Ilerleyen yaslarda görme kaybi riskini minimum seviyeye indirir. BULUSUN AÇIKLAMASI HAZIRLANISI VE SUNUMU Bu bulusun amaci, haslanmis bugday ve haslanmis, nohut üzerine kurutulmus kaysi, üzüm ve ceviz, badem, findik ve fistik gibi kuruyemis karistirilarak üretilen ve üzerine istege bagli olarak pekmez veya baharat ilave edilen gida ürünü olup özellikle ögrencilerin dogal beslenmesi amaci ile ilgilidir.
