Abstract
Buluşumuz; özel bir işleme tabi tutulmuş, uygun boyutlardaki çubuk, levha, halka, disk ve birçok farklı geometrik şekillerde ve doğal ahşap, selüloz, kağıt diğer polisakkarit, organik veya sentetik polimer yapılarda olabilen spesifik fermantatif mikroorganizma taşıyıcı materyal (1 veya 2 veya 8) aracılığıyla, yoğurt gibi doğal fermente süt ürünlerinin (4) üretimini sağlayan bir sisteme ilişkindir. Bu sistem, yoğurt gibi süt ürünlerinin üretiminde; harici serbest fermantatif mikroorganizma veya starter kültür kullanımına gerek duymadan, kendi kendine fermantasyon özelliği gösteren, spesifik fermantatif mikroorganizma taşıyıcı materyalin (1 veya 2 veya 8) tekrar tekrar kullanımını olanaklı hale getirmekte ve ürünün raf ömrünü uzatmasının yanı sıra, geleneksel yöntemlere kıyasla faydalı olan fermantatif mikroorganizmaları çok daha uzun süre canlı tutabilmektedir.
