Abstract
Buluş; akut ya da kronik tıbbi durumlarda yağ asidi seviyesini belirleyecek ve albümin içeren biyolojik örneklerde artmış yağ asidi seviyesiyle birlikte olan tıbbi durumların tanısını koyacak metotla ilgilidir. Metod hasta örneği ile geniş yüzey alanına sahip karbon bazlı elektrodun tutucu (holder) içinde bir süre bekletilmesi (inkübasyonu) ile başlar. Albumin üzerindeki yağ asitleri ve karbon bazlı materyal arasındaki hidrofobik çekim ilişkisi nedeniyle, karbon bazlı elektrod yağ asitlerini albuminden ayırır. Sonunda ayrılan yağ asitleri karbon bazlı elektrod üzerinde tutunup/birikip bir tabaka oluşturur. Biriken yağ asidi tabakası var olan elektrod-elektrolit (örnek) ara yüz yapısını değiştirir; bu da ara yüzün elektrokimyasal yapısını (elektriksel çift tabaka kapasitansı gibi) değiştirir. Uygun elektrokimyasal ölçüm albüminden ayrılmış yağ asidi miktarını gösterir ki, bu miktar akut ya da kronik tıbbi durumların göstergesidir.
Claims (1)
- ISTEMLER Albumin içeren biyolojik sivi örneklerde yag asitlerini ayirma ve belirleme metodu olup, özelligi; - Hasta örneginin, biri genis yüzeyli karbon bazli elektrod olmak üzere en az iki elektrod içeren tutucu (holder) içine eklenmesi, - Hasta örnegindeki albüminler ile karbon bazli elektrod arasindaki temas ihtimalini arttirmak üzere örnegin belirli bir süre bekletilmesi, hidrofobik etkilesim nedeniyle, yag asitlerinin albuminden “ayrilirken” elektrod yüzeyine “tutunmaya” baslamasi. -Süregelen “ayrilma-tutunma” asamalari karbon bazli elektrod üzerinde yag asidi birikimi olusturarak, elektrod-elektrolit ara yüz yapisinin (örnegin, elektriksel çift tabaka) degisime ugramasi, elektrokimyasal teknikte ölçüm yapilmasi, ki bu ölçüm albüminden ayrilan yag asidi miktarini yansitacaktir, basindaki ve sonundaki sonuçlarinin birbiriyle karsilastirilmasiyla yorumlanmasi, Asamalarindan olusmasiyla karakterizedir.
