Abstract

Kapalı ya da açık mekanlarda kebap usulü yiyecek pişirme amacıyla birden fazla şişi otomatik olarak döndürmeye yönelik bir motordan yararlanan otomatik kebap pişirici ve ızgaradır. Açıklanan buluş, şişlerin üzerinde, ızgara plakasının ise altında bulunan bir ısıtma elemanından yararlanmaktadır. Isıtma elemanı, dönen şişlerdeki yiyeceği pişirmenin yanı sıra, ızgara plakasımn, şiş üzerinde pişirilen yiyeceklerin dışındaki yiyecekleri pişirmek için kullanılan yüzeyini ısıtma işlevini görmektedir. Mevcut buluşun amacına yönelik ızgara plakası, ters çevrilebilir özellikte olup, bir tarafında ızgara amaçlı oluklar bulunurken, diğer tarafı tava özelliği sağlamak üzere düzdür. Mevcut buluş, sosis ya da benzeri yiyecekleri ızgara yapmak amacıyla dönen silindir yüzey sağlayan ve söz konusu şişlere geçici olarak takılabilen silindirik aletlere sahiptir.
