Abstract

Mevcut buluş, izomerik katışkısından esas itibariyle muaf olan 4-[l-(4-siyano fenil)-!- (1,2,4-triazol-l-il) metil] benzonitrilin (letrozol) hazırlanması için bir işleme ilişkindir. Hazırlık, 4-[l-(lH-l,2,4-triazol-l-il)metilen benzonitrilin bir organik solvent ve bir silikon aminin varlığında 4-fluorobenzonitril ile reaksiyonunu kapsar. Mevcut buluş ayrıca, 4-[l-(lH- l,2,4-triazol-l-il)metilen benzonitrilin hazırlanması için bir işleme ilişkin olup, işlem şunları kapsar: (a) bir 4-halometil benzonitrilin 1,2,4-triazol ile, sezyum karbonat ve bir organik solventin varlığında, formül H'nin 4-[l-(l,2,4-triazol-l-il)metil] benzonitrilini içeren bir reaksiyon kütlesi elde etmek üzere tepkimeye sokulması; ve (b) 4-[l-(l,2,4-triazol-l-)metil]benzonitrilin (II) uygun bir organik solvent kullanılarak reaksiyon kütlesinden çökeltilmesi.
