Abstract
Bir kağıt paranın seri numarasının tanınmasına yönelik bir yöntem ve bir cihaz sunulmaktadır. Yöntem; pek çok şekil ve pek çok karakter içeren bir kağıt para görüntüsünün alınmasını ve seri numarasının kaydedildiği bir kısmın bir karakter dizisinin bir görüntüsünün çıkarılmasını; karakter dizisinin görüntüsünün önceden belirlenmiş piksel büyüklüğüne sahip karakter görüntülerine bölünmesini; alanın ölçülen piksel değerlerini sayısal değerlere dönüştüren ve sayısal değerleri girdi verisi elde etmek amacıyla bir dizi sayısal dizi şeklinde düzenleyen, önceden belirlenmiş piksel büyüklüğüne sahip bir alana karakter görüntülerinin tahsis edilmesini; her karakterin temel karakter verisinin pek çok parçası ile girdi verisi ile uzlaşmasını sağlamak amacıyla her karakterin temel karakter verisinin pek çok parçasını öğrenmiş olan nöral bir ağa girdi verisinin girilmesini ve temel karakter verisinin pek çok parçasının çok sayıda durumuna bağlı olarak olasılık değerlerinin üretilmesini ve en yüksek olasılık değerine sahip birinci temel karakter verisine göre bir durumu seçerek, duruma bağlı olarak karakterleri sıralı olarak düzenleyerek ve bir karakter dizisi olarak karakterlerin üretilmesiyle azalan bir şekilde nöral ağdan çıkan olasılık değerlerinin düzenlenmesini içermektedir.
