Abstract

Corynebacterium glutamicum'dan türetilmiş yeni SMP proteinlerini şifreleyen SMP nükleik asit molekülleri adlı izole edilmiş nükleik asit molekülleri tarif edilmektedir. Buluş anti duyarlı nükleik asit molekülleri, SMP nükleik asit molekülleri ihtiva eden yeniden birleştirici tanım vektörleri ve tanım vektörlerinin yerleştirildiği konakçı hücreler de sağlar. Hali hazırda buluş ayrıca izole edilmiş SMP proteinleri, mutasyon geçirmiş SMP proteinleri, füzyon proteinleri, antijenik peptitler ve bu organizmadaki SMP genlerinin genetik mühendisliğine dayanarak arzu edilen bir bileşiğin C.Glutamicum'dan üretiminin geliştirilmesine yönelik metotlar sağlar.Isolated nucleic acid molecules, SMP nucleic acid molecules encoding novel SMP proteins derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum, are described. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing SMP nucleic acid molecules, and host cells into which the expression vectors are introduced. The present invention also provides methods for improving the production of a desired compound from C. Glutamicum based on genetic engineering of isolated SMP proteins, mutated SMP proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and SMP genes in this organism.
