Corynebacterium glutamicum'dan türetilmis yeni SRT proteinlerini sifreleyen SRT nükleik asit molekülleri adli izole edilmis asit molekülleri tarif edilmektedir. Bulus anti duyarli nükleik asit molekülleri, SRT nükleik asit molekülleri ihtiva eden yeniden birlestirici tanim vektörleri ve tanim vektörlerinin yerlestirildigi kontakçi hücreler de saglar. Hali hazirda bulus ayrica izole edilmis SRT proteinler, mutasyon geçirmis SRT proteinleri, füzyon proteinleri, antijenik peptitler ve bu organizemadaki SRT genlerinin genetik mühedisligine dayanarak arzu edilen bir bilesigin C. Glutamicum'dan üretiminin genistirilmesine yönelik metotlar saglar.Isolated acid molecules called SRT nucleic acid molecules encoding novel SRT proteins derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum are described.
