Abstract
Mevcut buluş, Abelmoschus türlerinden, tercihen A. esculenrus'tan elde edilen eksplantlardan bütün bitkinin rejenerasyonuna ilişkin yöntemler sunar. Ek olarak mevcut buluş ayrıca rekombinant Agrobakteri susu kullanılarak veya eksplantlarm, ilgili DNA sekansı ile kaplanmış tungsten veya altın partikülleri bombardımanına tutulması yoluyla bamya bitkisinin, bitki hücrelerinin ve dokularının transformasyonu için yöntemler sunar. Embriyoları, emdirilmiş bamya tohumlarından izole etmenin verimli bir yöntemi de tarif edilmiş olup, bamya bitkilerinin verimli şekilde rejenerasy onu ve transformasyonu için plumula ucunun genç bölünür hücrelerinin kullanılmasını sağlar.Ayrıca transforme edilmiş bamya bitkileri, bitki hücreleri ve dokuları, geliştirilmiş agronomik/agronomik olmayan özellikler ve böcek direnci için marker bazlı veya marker içermeyen sistemler kullanılarak üretilir.
