Abstract

Tarif edilen sistem içten yanmalı motorlarda kullanılabilecek bir yakıt püskürtme sisteminin tahrik mekanizması ile ilgilidir. Sistemin ana elemanları enjektör (1), Wankel tipi döner pistonlu pompa (2), tahrik mekanizması (3) ve kam milinden (4) oluşmaktadır. Enjektörün (1) hemen üzerinde yer alan döner pistonlu pompa (2) bir tahrik mili (6) ile tahrik mekanizmasına (3) bağlıdır. Kam milinin (4) pompa tahrik mekanizmasına (3) hareket iletimi milin (4) üzerinde yer alan bir kam profili (7) ile gerçekleştirilmektedir. Tahrik mekanizmasının içindeki disk (8), pompa tahrik miline (6) bağlı olup yüzey şekli kam profili (7) ile uyumlu ve onu kavrayacak şekilde belirli sayıda oyuklardan (9) oluşan bir geometriye sahiptir. Milin (4) dönmesi ile üzerindeki kam profili (7) diske (8) yaklaştığında profil (7) disk (8) içinde kam profilinin (7) karşılığı olan oyuk (9) içine girmekte ve diski (8) döndürmektedir. Böylece enjektörün (1) hemen arkasında yer alan döner pistonlu pompa (2) tahrik edilmektedir. Milin (4) üzerinde ve çevresindeki kam profili (7) sayısı ve bunun karşılığı olan disk (8) üzerindeki kam profili ile uyumlu oyuk sayısı (9) istenen pompa tahrik mili (6) dönme özelliklerine göre belirlenir.
