Abstract
Yoğurt genellikle yaş maya ile yapıldığından, yaş yoğurt (özellikle sade) mayasının bulunmadığı yerlerde yoğurt yapma işlemi gerçekleştirilememektedir. Buluş konusu yöntemle kuru yoğurt mayası üretimi tarif edilmektedir. Üretilen kuru yoğurt mayası ile yaş maya ile karşılaşılan sorunlar bertaraf edilmektedir.
